I fpund the right tool myelf and tightened later. Somewhat unclear about price for installing options of new water heaters other than his standard.

+ -1 moreSuper contractor experience. As luck would have it our water heater sprung a major leak over Labor Day weekend. Marty responded to our issue so we at least had water until he could make full repairs. He did this without charging a premium for holiday service. Both my wife and I found Marty to be very personable, very competent and non intrusive in executing his work. If the need for plumbing service arises again Kirsch plumbing is our first call
Description of Work: Supplied and installed: new water heater, kitchen faucet, pressure balanced shower/ faucet assembly, 4 new shutoff valves, length of corroded pipe. Eliminated knocking from all other residence faucets. Others had indicated that it would be necessary to remove walls to access pipes and secure to structure, Marty's expertise saved us a lot of money and unnecessary aggravation.

+ -1 moreM Kirsch Plumbing did an excellent job. Our house was built on fill. The sewer line fell apart underneath our garage and there was no dirt for 2 feet under our garage pouring into our basement. They did just about everything to fix it.

+ -1 moreNot too many plumbers would get involved in a complete remodeling project in an older house like Marty did. As with all older houses, there were some plumbing surprises which Marty discovered and then fixed or modified for us. He did quality work. I think he saved my husband and me lot of work and headaches.
Description of Work: We were remodeling our small old bathroom from scratch ourselves. We demolished the walls and the bathroom fixtures and tub. Although my husband had some previous plumbing installation experience, this was a more complex job. My friend suggested we Call Marty. He was an enormous help and even saw potential problems we had not noticed. He roughed and finished all the plumbing (and installed the the new vanity), faucet, and sink and the new low profile toilet. He also noticed we needed a new vent and installed this also.

I did not comparison shop for the work, but his prices seem to be reasonable. He did the job and was neat. I have had no problems with the hot water tank. I have used him in the past for other work as well and it has always turned out well.
