+ -1 moreMike did an amazing job. He made the floors look new again and repaired all damaged areas. He was cost effective & punctual. We planned on only refinishing the first floor and carpeting the upstairs but he did such a great job on the first floor we brought him back to do the steps and upstairs. He and his work is an A+, highly recommended.
Description of Work: Mike sanded, stained and polied all the floors in our property, about 1000 sq ft. Other quotes came in much higher and many other companies said the finished product would not be very good, considering the very poor condition of the floors.
