I have used her years ago and she helped me with this house. I wanted to move and she was helping me with it but then I decided to stay here. I think she listens to the things that you want in your house and she shows them to you. If you are planning to sell your house she points out all the good things about it that sells but she also points things out to make you aware. I have gone with other realtors that don't say anything but she actually points things out. She tells you if something needs to be repaired. We have allergies so she thought me about seeing houses with hardwood floors and how to bring up the carpet issue when I see houses by myself. She really listens to what you want and tries to find what you want. She has told me that this house is not for you and you won't like it. I would have gone and seen the house and totally agreed with what she said. She knew what I would like. I don't pay her anything unless I buy a house and that's when she gets commission.
