Loris Cleaning

We contacted Lori via email a couple of weeks ago as my wife and I were in need of assistance with the cleaning of our home on a bi-weekly basis. Her area of service includes the North Hills and the Fox Chappel Area. I mentioned that we live in the South Hills area and Lori responded by stating that she was looking to expand her service area and was more than willing to come to our home to perform an estimate. She offered to come to our home on Thursday, April 29th in the evening between 645pm and 7pm. I confirmed via email, however, Lori never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I followed up with an email the next morning thinking that somehow we had our dates/times mixed up. Lori never responded. A simple phone call or email stating that she couldnt make her appointment or was no longer willing to service our area would have been more appropriate. This situation turned out to be a complete waste of our time, however a blessing in disguise if this is how she conducts her business. We can not recommend her and will not be calling her again in the future.
