Lozo is a true craftsman and did an excellent job. We communicated by email and he was very quick with his responses to my questions. I chose the fabric from his sample book, then Lozo had the cusions finished in one week, and they were beautifully done. The business is done out of his home, and Lozo and his wife were very nice to work with and I highly recommend LM Upholstery.

I needed six dining room chairs reupholstered over new cushions. I took a chair over to show the owner, Lozo. He is warm, friendly and down to earth. He quoted me $65 per chair, but told me to go buy the fabric of my choice. I took the fabric and the chairs to him. He carried them in for me and then showed me his shop in the back of his home. He talked to me about the choices of cushioning he could use. He called me a week later to say that my chairs were done. He did a beautiful job, and as always, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. He charged me exactly what he had quoted. I highly recommend LM Upholstery.

Fantastic service! They did a beautiful job! I receive a lot of compliments on this chair, its an antique. It's just absolutely gorgeous!

He was good. He was very careful, told him not to rush and to take his time. He got the project done in about 2 weeks. He even picked it up and dropped it back off. He came out and gave me an estimate first and told me how much fabric to order. I would highly recommend him and his price was very reasonable.

We used Lozo based on work he did for a family member. The last time we had anything recovered was over 30 years ago, and we had no idea who to contact. We emailed Lozo pictures of the chairs, and he responded with a quote and several places where we could purchase fabric. We contacted him before the holidays, but didn't want the job done until after the holidays. We contacted him around the beginning of January. It took him two weeks to do the entire job which is beautiful. We will definitely use his services again. He is very professional and very nice. His quote was right on.

I was looking for an upholster and someone had used LM Upholstery with good results so I called and set up a time he could come by and give me an estimate to have a camelback sofa and love seat reupholstered. He not only gave me an estimate but also some names of places that sale the fabric. Once I received the fabric I called LM to pick up my items which he did and gave me an estimate time they would be done. He returned items within time he stated and his work was beautiful. He was not only a gentleman but an honest man that did very professional work and I will certainly use him again, in fact, I have a chair I can't wait to have him reholster.

The work is beautiful, truly.All of the pieces are very well done. The small benches are knock-offs of a designer that I love, and Lozo duplicated them to perfection. I am so excited to have found a high quality craftsman for my upholstering needs and at a fair price. I am already planning my next project which will include two occasional chairs and a wing back chair with tufting. I consider myself to be very discriminating and he is very good.

I was really very impressed with them. Everything they did was perfect. They allowed me to use my own fabric without any fuss or increase in the cost. Others usually try to make money out of the labor if they can't make money off the fabric, but with him that did not happen. I was able to get discount on fabrics online and he came in and told me how much I would need. I got samples and he helped me chose the right one. He was trained in Germany, and he is reputed for his craftsmanship. It was all done extremely well. I rate him high overall except for the price. He was expensive, but good workmanship costs more. I will absolutely use him and no one else in the future.

Although the price startled me, he explained that the higher oil prices had made the cost of foam sky rocket. He finished the work quickly and professionally. Finding his home workshop is interesting, so be sure you print out a map before you go!

The service was great and very professional. Relative to another place that gave me a quote, this place was a bargain.

We contacted Lozo by email and sent him a picture of one chair with the dimensions. He gave us a price per chair with fabric extra. We hesitated while we considered whether we wanted to proceed and finally emailed him again with an acceptance. We went over to his home and selected the fabric from books he had while sitting on the back porch enjoying the evening. They are lovely people. We took two chairs at a time and paid 1/3 after the 1st pair, 1/3 after the last pair and 1/3 when we picked up the bench. We would ask them to reupholster our furniture anytime!

He did a fabulous job. He added piping around the couch arms, back and bottom and made it look like something from a high end furniture store. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job at decent prices.

Even without us asking, Lozo offered us re-upholstery options with and without welting (the little extra piece of material that gives different sides to a cushion instead of it having rounded edges) at different price points so we could consider our re-upholstery wants versus our budget. In the end, he even added in a second welting at the bottom of all the cushions that improves their appearance. Lozo responded to our queries quickly, kept us updated on his progress, and held a tight time-line that had our chairs reupholstered just 2 weeks from the first day we contacted him. Some of this time frame incorporated us finding time to make it out to his shop to pick out fabric and the time for the fabric to be delivered to him. Overall, he was extremely easy to contact, responsive, flexible, and friendly. I don't have re-upholstery needs everyday, but just looking at some of the other items in Lozo's shop and the great job he did on our chairs makes me wish I did more often.
