Linda Daniels

Linda was very pleasant and seemed to know what she was talking about at first. When we went to sign the contract, it was for a year, a period of time I had never seen in a real estate contract. When we objected she said it was just a formality, and we could get out of the contract at any time. We signed reluctantly, our first mistake. There was a lot of action on the house, but we discovered that Linda was not making follow up calls to interested buyers, did not give us feed back, and was generally non-communicative. After several weeks we tried to break the contract, but she said that her company wouldn't let her. She had no response about her original statement. She then brought in an insultingly low offer so that her agency would back her up as doing her job. This went on and on with little or no communication. Finally, we got an offer we could work with, and she said she could offer not advice on responses and counter offers. We wondered what we were paying her for. We came to an agreement finally. We wanted to close earlier, but she had neglected to do certain tests the city requires in order to sell a house. She did not respond with answers to what we needed for closing and when and where it would be until the day before. On top of a hefty commission, we had to pay the agency $275 for "administrative services." This is the 4th house we have sold, and we have never had such an awful experience or worked with such an incompetent agent. It became apparent that we could not rely or trust a word that she or her agency uttered. I would never recommend this agent or her agency.
