Lima's Cleaning Service

Full disclosure my house was very dusy and needed a good overall cleaning due to an injury things had gone untouched for months. They do come and look at everything before they actually do the job so i dont think my review is unfair. Pros-They were very punctual,polite and professional. My house smelled so good. They cleaned my floors to perfection. Vacuumed couches and even under cushions. Overall what they did clean was well cleaned Windows looked great Kitchen was clean and wiped down well, they even washed the dishes. Window seals were all cleaned well Cons- I think they either they had someone new or underestimated the job. I was expecting 3 people but 2 came, which is fine but they were rushing at the end maybe because of underestimating the time/job. A lot was missed. Cleaned my half bath but didnt clean the window shelf which was full of dust and cobwebs and nothing on that shelf was touched(trinkets,picture frames) My laundry room was vacuuming and washer/dryer was wiped but that was it. I expected they would clean and move things to clean and that didn't happen. My ceiling fan was cleaned but some of the dust residue was left in my bed. dresser was cleaned but nothing was put back neatly as i was told. 1 dresser top was not cleaned off at all. Toys were not moved or organized in any way. Master bed was made neatly but other beds were not made as nicely. one bed the comforter was folded in 4 and layed on bed. Glass screen door was not touched. Kitchen tabletop was cleaned and chairs were vacuumed but the chairs and table legs were not touched as expected. I really cant say if I would use them again or not. I think if i was here when they cleaned or before they left i could've expressed my concerns. They were very nice man and woman but i cant remember their names. Esperanza and ??? Ashley was very nice as well.

It went great. Stove, ceiling fan, cabinets, shelves and the floor were cleaned and they look great.

I had my fathers house cleaned - I’m a nurse and work long, late hours - he called me in the middle of my shift knowing I was working - I usually think something is wrong, so I answered expecting bad news, but he had to tell me how elated he was about his house. He raved that it looked like the day he moved in...but better! He continued to tell me about every room and how wonderful it looked and that you all even got the stains out of bathtub which he tried to do for years! So thank you! Thank you very much! I’ve never hired a cleaning service before and was uncertain about who to go with and how to go about it. Working with your service made the process super easy and the results are fantastic. We will certainly use your service for our future cleanings. Again, thank you - knowing that my father is in a clean home puts my mind at ease!!

They did everything that was agreed to and even a little more.

They were on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. I was especially pleased with the cleaning of the upstairs bathroom.

After reading Angie's list reviews I called Lima's Cleaning to schedule a full house cleaning. I hadn't decided if I would have them on a regular basis or just one time and wanted to judge based on the quality of the work. There was a small issue with confusing me with another client so they were not on time but were overly apologetic. I consider myself a very picky person and they were extremely thorough. I didn't feel that they rushed given they came later than planned which I appreciated. I plan to have them back on a monthly basis going forward.

Ashley was on time the 1st time I met her. When I mentioned the Angie’s List coupon for deep cleaning, she said that doesn’t apply because move out cleaning is not considered deep cleaning. I decided to hire her anyway since her price seemed reasonable. On cleaning day our appointment was between 12:30-1 pm, but her crew didn’t get there until after 3. While they did a decent job cleaning, one of the toilets wasn’t cleaned. When I paid them, they promised to send me a receipt for my tax purposes, I never got one. Ashley said she mailed it to me twice but I never got it. She said she would come by my house to drop it off but never showed up. I texted her to send me a picture of the receipt, but she never replied. Now she’s ignoring my texts and calls. This may seem a small issue to some people, but ignoring clients is unprofessional and I would not hire nor refer an unresponsive company.

Lima’s did a fantastic job deepcleaning my home. They are very detail oriented and professional. My house looks and smells amazing - worth every penny.

I scheduled a pre-holiday deep cleaning, and truly couldn’t have been happier with the results. My house looked and smelled wonderful when I returned home. In addition to dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning linoleum and tile floors, the team cleaned and polished all cabinets and wood trim (throughout house) with oil soap, vacuumed upholstered furniture, dusted light fixtures and picture frames, cleaned the outside of all kitchen appliances, cleaned kitchen and bathroom counters and fixtures, removed soap buildup around faucets, cleaned inside of windows, etc. I was incredibly impressed with their attention to small details – beds were made, books and toys arranged neatly on shelves, corners of rooms and trim were dust-free. I found the owners, Ashley and Mauricio, to be professional and friendly. Ashley visited my home and gave me a thorough description of what they would do, along with a price quote, prior to scheduling. And Mauricio took time to walk through the house with me afterward to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. They clearly care a great deal about the quality of their work. I believe the price was very reasonable. I will use Lima’s Cleaning for any future projects and would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends with absolutely no reservations.

Just had my second cleaning. This is by far the most thorough cleaning that I have had done. I have tried 3 different services in the past three years and this company is head and shoulders above the others. The price was comparable, but the cleaning was SO MUCH BETTER.

They were able to come out the week I needed them, and their work was amazing! They cleaned every floor (4 levels of a townhouse), bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, closets, inside windows, and blinds. They even wiped out the inside of the drawers, appliances (including the fridge!), and the pantry. The house smelled so good and was so clean that I almost wept with joy when they left! I'm hiring them to clean twice a month, to keep things looking this good all year long. The post-construction cleaning cost more, of course, because it was such a big job, but their bi-weekly cleaning price is very reasonable, too. I would most definitely recommend Lima's Cleaning to anyone, and will. Thank you!

The crew was punctual but they needed to call more employees to help clean an empty house. Took longer that was estimated. The house was not dirty just needed a new owners clean.
