Description of Work: Bought leather furniture, leather furniture cleaner, and a leather furniture extended warranty from Levin. Within 18 months the recliner portion broke and the 'leather' was peeling. Under the paper thin layer of 'leather' was some sort vinyl or something, definitely NOT leather. We asked Levin to fix it and they refused. Stating 'leather' only means that one small part needs to be leather. In our case we have yet to find this elusive leather. The entire couch is made of the garbage they passed off as leather. They wold not honor the warranty nor would they back their original claims of the product. They were somewhat condescending when we met with them multiple times in order to attempt to resolve it. I would NEVER buy anything from these scammers again.

 + -1 moreSALES PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL AND MADE SUGGESTIONS AFTER HEARING ABOUT WHAT WE WANTED. ALLOWED US TO TAKE A PILLOW HOME TO SEE ABOUT COLOR MATCHING. DELIVERY WAS SET UP FOR A CONVENIENT TIME. WORKED WITH US ON PRICING.
