Lawn Sense Inc

So far not good. Very poor communication. I think my mistake was paying them in advance. They have NO urgency to help me since they already got their money. Maybe would have been better to pay as you go, then at least they would only receive payment when they visit. Was told two weeks ago they would be stopping out, and nothing. Last time I had to request a full refund, and surprise, they came out the next day.

On two different trips did all the work

The woman who answered the phone was curt and unhelpful. My airconditioner broke and the serviceman discovered poison ivy next to the until. I called lawn sense to see if they could do that removal problem and that I also had other work. Once Kim said no to removing poison ivy, she was done with the conversation. She lost other business I wanted to do with them since they use organic products.

Gave them a thumb's up to get started, but then took 3 or 4 additional phone calls over a 2-week span to finally get the work started (anxious to get week-killer down while still actively growing. I think we missed the window of opportunity for this growing season). Finally came and did a good job (and mine is a challenging property because of a couple hilly areas).

We tried another company before Lawn Sense and our lawn got worse. Since we started using Lawn Sense, our lawn is good. We have used them for a number of years. A couple of neighbors switched to Lawn Sense because of our lawn - we didn't encourage them or anything. Also, they are always nice when you call and ask questions.

Average. Expected better results. Some lawn spots were missed.

They are really good. I have an annual multi-step contract with them and so they do periodic fertilizing, weed control, aeration and lining and over seeding. They are pretty good. They are responsive, helpful and their employees that come out are good to work with. They don't over sell. They are not going to push you to do more than you want or tell you not to do something that ask them. The service is fast, they are usually in and out. The aeration is 60 minutes. The service men and women that come out are very professional, friendly, and polite.

I think it's done some good, I don't think it's great.

We signed up for him to come out four times a year. He bills us for the year and gave us a military discount. He is a nice guy. He always calls before he comes and he is very professional.

He was very professional, polite and explained everything he was going to do. This is the third lawn service I've retained and I believe it will be the last. They are fantastic. Good price. Good Service.

I have been using Lawn Sense for two summers. In 2014 we just did the fertilizer & weed control program. This year we added aeration and seeding. The yard looks great, and to be honest, I have never actually met anyone from Lawn Sense!! They come, do their thing, leave a sign and bill, and the yard gets greener. I never priced other lawn care services before using Lawn Sense, but after talking with family and neighbors, I am very satisfied that I am getting my money's worth. I highly recommend Lawn Sense.

Techs are very professional and willing to stop and discuss lawn and services. They have come on schedule for periodic traeatments per the contract. We had major weed issues last year, but this year with Lawn Sense the lawn has never looked better. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

The service is excellent. I don't interact with the workers a whole lot. They show up when it is time for them to show up. We have an invisible fence and they have to be careful about not running over it, so they call me before that, so that I can mark it. The condition of our lawn and the grass has greatly improved.

Went really well. Company is well run. I called in a few times to schedule appointment and ask a few questions and every time Christine answered the phone and was friendly and very helpful. Booking the appointment was very easy. We even got a reminder call the day before they came out and the estimated time of arrival was very accurate. Kevin who came out to the house and did the work was great. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough, took his time and cleaned up before leaving. Real good experience we will be dealing with Lawn Sense for future aeration's and over seeding's.

They were okay. We used them for probably 6 months. Lawn Sense came out and did a pretty good job. Their price was a little high so we switched. They're a good company. They tend to do good work. They're a little bit pricey compared to some of the other companies but if you enjoy them, they're a fine company to work with. If they're competitive in price I would use them again for certain.

Lawn sense has been very good. They've been able to provide good service and we've been pleased with them, and their responsiveness.

Do an excellent job and are very responsive when you call them for any reason. Call you before coming out for the treatment which enables you to talk to the person who is actually doing your treatment to discuss any of your concerns. The lawn looks great early in the year and it would be nice all year long if I watered my lawn as directed. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Excellent job at a reasonable price.

I have to call them to repeat their weed treatment because weeds don't go away. And on a recent visit, their equiptment leaked and it killed my grass. The kid showed up vand gave me a goofy grin - he said I and quot;was my badand quot;. We will fix the grass patches that were killed. PLEEZ!!!!!! I am paying you $70 per treatment!!!!! The weeds don't go away AND you kill my grass? Thanks for using Lawn Sense...... LOL.

.Representatives at Lawn Sense promised excellent service and a green lawn. I even have a sprinkler system which should help keep the lawn green. I spoke with the company representative which assured me that they had a degree and the knoweldge necessary to provide a well kept lawn. I was given assurances that if I was unhappy, they would return as many times as necessary to complete the job. Each time Lawn Sense came to the house a seperate bill was issued. For the most part, each treatment was approxiamtely $100. After each treatmenttThey would recommend supplemental treatments at an additional cost. I added the Grub treatment which cost over $150 for an application. About half way through the summerI started to notice large dead patches in the grass. I called lawn sense and they added more weed killer which I believe made the yard look even worse. They then suggested overseeding and quoted a price of almost $500. My yard has continued to deteriorate and I have stopped the service. I have gone out and got a second opinion and was told that the yard has a fungus which is killing large patches of grass. Through all the correspondence from Lawn Sense and the mounting costs, this was never noted. Lawn Sense either did not have the knowldege to identify the problem or did not put any effort into making the customer happy. The last bill which suggested re-seeding was infuriating and was the last straw. Lawn Sense sold me a pcakage that they did not live up to. The service is expensive and they tried to sell supplemental and more expensive treatments each and every time. They also failed to notice a problem in the yard and I believe made the problem worse with there treatments. I tried to call Lawn Sense but received no return call. Instead I got a 1 page note in my mailbox with an inadequate response. I would never recommend this company for any lawn service fertilizing needs.

I am really happy with them. I like them because they handle the problem right away. Any complaints that I have they take care of it right away. They are not really cheap.

They do a nice job. I planted some bushes last year and they worked with me really well. Their prices are in the same range as everybody else. They are very accommodating and easy to work with.

This is the first year that we have used them. We hadn't had our lawn treated at all so there were a lot of weeds and crabgrass to get rid of. They did get rid of most of it, just not all. We are giving them the benefit of the doubt because they had a lot of work to do.
