 + -1 moreWe used an interior designer and they didn't give us complete information. We have a problem with a couple of the chairs not being exactly like we thought they were going to be and they should have given us a heads up on that. That is why we went with the interior designer. We were disappointed in that.
Description of Work: We purchased a love seat, two chairs, three tables and three lamps.

 + -1 moreBOTH CHAIRS CAME WITH FLAWS IN THE WORKMANSHIP. THE MATERIAL WAS NOT SEWN CORRECTLY AND IN SOME CASES HAD COME APART. WE CONTACTED THE STORE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS, ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY. THE REPRESENTATIVE COMES BY TO VIEW AND REPORT. ANOTHER 10 DAYS GO BY AND NOTHING UNTIL WE CALL. IT HAS NOW BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE WE RECEIVED THESE CHAIRS AND WE CAN NOT USE OR RETURN, BUT ARE AT THE MERCY OF THE STORE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT PUNCTUAL OR RESPONSIVE. THEY KEEP PUTTING US OFF. WE STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS TO BE DONE. OF COURSE THEY HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR SOME TIME NOW.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED 2 CHAIRS AND WERE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, IT WAS 7.
