The plumber on site was great. It was an ominous job and he made quick and very thorough work of it. It was very expensive, though. Kwaitkowski told the plumber on site to charge me $595.00 for the three hours of work unscrewing everything. I needed the job done and the plumber did a good job, but it felt like the owner was ripping me off. I would have happily paid $300 but $600 is outrageous.

They got in touch immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately they got held up on a job so we postponed for a day. Showed up on time - gave us a price that was a bit higher than we got from a previous company ( who wasn’t available) When the gentleman said he could do the work that day - we took it. He removed the old vanities - replaced old plumbing and set up the new ones. Cleaned everything up and took the old vanities to dispose of them. Everything looks great and works great. We’re completely satisfied with the work and work recommend.

He was here and done in three hours the same day and the pricing the fair.

First of all, Sissy, the phone receptionist was exceptional and professional. Prompt response, pleasant, thorough. The problem was that Kwaitkowski Plumbing had to postpone their appointment with us because of other appointments, and existing work needed additional time on jobs. We rescheduled with the Angie's list plumber. But before the new appointment date for the Angie's list Plumber our realtor said we could use the plumber already planning to be at the site to do work for the test. That worked out. We would definitely use your Angie's list plumber in the future. Thank you for your service.

Ghosting a customer is just unbelievably unprofessional. Not showing up for an appointment when this appointment was confirmed is downright poor business.

Richard was great. There was a leak and he advised me what I needed to do. The water company came out. Richard came back and replaced the valve and he was fantastic. He was very responsive and personal. He was terrific. He worked very had to resolve the issue. Price is very reasonable.

Other companies prices are triple the amount of Kwiatkowski Plumbing. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. The owner even came out to assist with completing the job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I've used their services several times for different plumbing problems. They came in on time and their price was more reasonable than some other quotes I got. It worked out great. They were super nice.

Couldn't have been better and more fair.

Two days after they did work the tank was leaking again. I called them back and they said I now needed a new hot water tank and it would be another $1750. They offerred to take $100 off since they did that other waor 2 days prior. I did not let them do any more work after this quote.

Everything went very smoothly. They were prompt arriving within in the designated timeframe. And the called ahead of time on the one time they were tied up at another job. They were very flexible in scheduling. Very professional.

It took a puzzling 6 hours -including a trip to Home Depot 4 miles away to purchase parts- to replace 4 pop-up stoppers (1 tub, 3 sinks), even though the job presented only minor difficulties, if any. The original quote was $250 per sink, assuming a whopping $100 for each part. Although the stoppers ended up costing only $30 each, not $100, the final charge was not adjusted to $180, as it obviously should have been. Just ridiculously overpriced. In fact, the same plumber gave me a $925 quote to replace an easily accessible drum trap in the basement, which I rejected. The job was done by another company for $400.

Their prices were reasonable and their turnaround time was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them.

I give them all “A’s” and the price for what they did was worth it. He did an excellent job. The owner came to check the work of his plumber who did the work.

I used K-Plumbing on two separate occasions in previous years and was very pleased with their services. Recently - in October and again in December 2013 - I scheduled two separate appointments and the same plumber missed the window that was promised each time. I did receive a call letting me know they would not be there on time, but I never received a promised call back to reschedule. This is disappointing considering how well they did when work was performed in the past. Because of the missed windows for the work to be performed and the lack of follow up to reschedule, I cannot recommend K-Plumbing.

He and his staff were courteous, showed up on time and did an excellent job. His approach to the aforementioned disaster in my kitchen was so far above that which was evidenced by the plumbing company that I had utilized for years, that he is now "my plumber."

The technician came and spent hours cutting out the iron pipe and putting in a new one, however, he cracked our walls doing so and the leak was not fixed. He left the pipe elbow going into the toilet and that was the part that was leaking. He had somewhere else he rather be and rushed through the job and left. When we realized that the leak was not properly fixed and called, we were told that was all that they were going to do. My husband and I spent 12 hours and a visit to Home Depot fixing it ourselves! $1800 and no solution + 12 hours of our own time! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Most recently I received an estimate from them on doing some re-plumbing for the Main bath which is being repaired/restored after a leaky pipe caused us to rip up the entire bathroom floor. We got an estimate from them of $6,000. Unfortunately, the insurance company was only paying $10,000 for the entire project (including repairing the damaged ceiling and beams downstairs) and I couldn't spend over half of it on the plumbing. I had to go with someone else - who did an adequate job but who was definitely less responsive and thorough than Kwiatkowski. They were also half the price. If you want the best and are prepared to pay for it - use Kwiatkowski. If you're on a budget, they may be too expensive. Price is the only reason I can't give them an overall rating of A. I am totally satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, their prices seem to keep rising and I'm not sure I can afford to keep using them.

I called for an appointment and Kwiakowski sent a plumber the same day. Rob arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He kept me informed throughout the repair. He worked at a very steady pace. Part of the kitchen ceiling had to be torn down for the repair. He left my kitchen spotless. I am a customer for life.

This is the second time we have used K-plumbing. Both times my phone call was either answered in person or returned within an hour. The plumber who came to our house this time found where the leak was coming from and did a speedy and clean job repairing it. He did have to knock 2 holes in our walls to find and repair the leak. One hole was to see where the water was coming from and the other to repair the pipe. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. They are clear about their pricing, and will let you know how much the cost is before they start. I would use K-plumbing again, and would recommend them to any other members.

The pilot light on our water heater went out and wouldn't relight. We called Kwiatkowski Plumbing first thing in the morning. Within 5 minutes of picking up the phone, I had an appointment for later in the day. The technician was late arriving, but as I was an emergency appointment, that's not too surprising. I was just glad they were able to squeeze us in. The technician evaluated the problem and laid out my options. I could replace a part which might fix the problem or replace the water heater. He gave me a quote for each option. I decided to try just replacing the part. He couldn't get the part until the next day, but he was here bright and early the next morning with the part. It took a couple of tries to resolve the issue as the initial replacement part was faulty too, but he never tried to pressure me to give up and replace the water heater. He worked hard to get it fixed and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Despite the fix being harder than originally expected, he charged exactly what he quoted the previous day. I was treated with respect through the entire service experience. I never felt talked down to. From beginning to end, everything was clearly explained to me. No one ever tried to sell me products or services I didn't really need. I will definitely use them again.

They're great! They clean up very well. They do exactly what I want them to do no matter how difficult it may be. I appreciate how they gave me an up front estimate. Not only that, but they're rather personable as well. It only took them about three days to finish the project.
