Ryan and companion worker tirelessly. a block and tackle had to set up 150 feet down my jungle of a yard in order to guide the trees(2 of them) to fall properly, a job not easily done.They performed the job professionally in a superior manner!

The crew that came to my house from Kruljac did an excellent, quick, and professional job. The property and trees look great, and they cleaned up thoroughly and efficiently. The office staff and administrators were friendly and helpful, and my appointment was bumped out a couple of weeks, simply for my having asked. They had an opening, and took the initiative to show up and finish the job. I would definitely recommend them, and they're well priced.

Ryan and his crew arrived early in the morning and promptly started to work. They had the whole job done in about 2 hours. Every member of the crew knew exactly what their role was and performed them in a professional manner. My interaction with Jeremy and Ryan were top notch. I have to reiterate how professional the company is. Thank you for a quality job done efficiently.

I am happy with the service, they seemed very knowledgeable and talked to me at length about my questions. The only small downside was that it took them a while to fit me into the schedule after I approved the estimate. But my job was not urgent so I just had to be patient. I am happy and will use their services again.

We were very pleased with their work on our tree! They were kind, professional and easy to work with. They didn't show up on the originally scheduled date, but a new date was quickly rescheduled.

The job was completed as scheduled.

They showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. They had the 3 trees taken down in no time and most importantly there was no damage to my home or property. They even stacked some of the wood they left for me, which I’m sure they did not have to do.

Great. Jeremy is very responsive to emails. Never had to wait more than a few hours to get a reply. Due to an accident on the highway, they couldn't come on the day we scheduled (Monday) but they made us a priority and had it done on Tuesday. Very friendly too!

Although they advised that the pear tree be removed as a long-term solution, we weren't quite ready to eliminate the tree from our courtyard. So they proposed to top it to reduce its vertical influence and trim it back considerably so that it is no longer growing into the side of our house. They also trimmed back our decorative cherry tree which was growing too close to our front porch structure. They were knowledgeable, showed up early and were done quickly and successfully. All in all, a quality job. After several Angie's List contractors that seem to espouse mediocrity as a standard of quality, Kruljac Tree Services has demonstrated a much higher standard and sets the bar high for themselves. Definitely would recommend them if you need tree work done.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. For both the estimate and the performance of the work, right on time as scheduled. The price was very reasonable. The work was performed as promised and very professional. The clean up afterwards was also great. I highly recommend Kruljac Tree Service.

We are very pleased with the work. They came a day early and notified us every step of the way. No surprises. The clean up was well done. They even managed to protect flowers that were in the work area. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

Beyond happy with Ryan and his team, they did an excellent job, when they came out the first day it started snowing and the second day was a white-out and they still tried to come, but unfortunately for them had to reschedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would hire them again without hesitation.

These guys are fantastic! We had a lot of work to be done and they were very reasonable and incredibly good. We had to wait a while to get on their schedule, but we weren't in a hurry, so it was fine for us. They removed 6 large pines, 5 of which were in a tricky space between our house and our neighbor. They also trimmed back a large sycamore that was tight up against our roof, trimmed back a neighbors tree that was hitting our garage roof, removed a smaller tree along our driveway and reinforced a pear tree that was in danger of splitting. They were on time, easy to talk to, very efficient and knowledgeable. Will be hiring them again in the future.

I made an appointment for an estimate on a Saturday afternoon but nobody showed up. When I emailed to complain, they replied that someone had come by, waited for 10 minutes and left, apparently without going to the front door, ringing the doorbell or calling my phone. Because they "have 25 or so estimates each Saturday", they can't be bothered to put in any more effort than that. It seems they couldn't care less about not getting my business or getting a bad review.

These people are amazing. They’re prompt, they work hard & they clean up. I’ve used them several times before & they are my first choice every time I need tree work done. I watched the guys drop my large pines delicately into the street. They quickly got to work so as not to block the road. They didn’t have a lot of space to work, yet they efficiently got the trees down & cleared out with a lot of equipment. It was something to see. And for the amount of work that was done, it was well worth what I paid.

From initial contact to end of job - the service was fantastic. Jeremy responded to my inquiry the same day and scheduled an estimate for the following weekend. I was booked a few months out due to their schedule being full. When the job started - the crew lead first reviewed the work order with me and had me verify the job. It was done in 2 and 1/2 hours including cleanup. I'm very pleased.

Very well. The crew consisted of Ryan and three helpers.They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. They arrived on time and dressed for safety including helmets while on site. They brought heavy machinery for chipping branches and grinding stumps. They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. All this was easily completed in one work day. They were very careful not to damage establish grape vines or two young apple trees which were in the way for the most efficient removal of old trees. They cleaned up the site thoroughly as promised. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

We have no complaints about the work that was done on our property. We had a lot of dangerous dead trees to be removed, some quite close to our house and overhead lines but we never worried because the crew was so obviously professional and skilled. They were outfitted with safety gear at all times and had an impressive array of trucks and equipment to do the job. Ryan checked with us each day to be sure that the job was going as we expected. In the end, we are very happy with Kruljac Tree Service. Thank you Jeremy, Ryan and crew, we'll feel a lot safer when the winter winds begin to blow.
