 + -1 moreLEW KORZENIWSKY DEVELOPED A PLAN FOR RENOVATIONS TO OUR HOUSE. HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD, BUT YOU NEED TO PRESS HIM FOR COMPLETION. I WOULD RECOMMEND NEGOTIATING FOR THE FEE, EITHER AN UPPER LIMIT OR A RETAINER RATHER THAN THE HOURLY RATE IF CONTROLLING COST IS AN ISSUE.
Description of Work: DREW UP PLANS TO REMODEL TWO BATHROOMS, KITCHEN, FAMILY ROOM, AND NEW GARAGE ADDITION.
