+ -1 moreIf he was unavailable or uninterested in doing the work i would have been OK with that, but he seemed agreeable to do the job then never showed up.

+ -1 moreRich and Brent were very pleasant and punctual. Overall, the job was done well and we are generally pleased with the results. My only complaint is that we asked him to fill in some holes, particularly a 3/4and quot; hole where the banister use to be on the the stairs. While the hole was filled in, it did not match the color of the floor so it stands out. At times it was difficult to get a hold of Rich. It took him a several days to return my call to confirm the starting date. He was very responsive when I called after he completed the job.
Description of Work: Refinished wooden floors in 6 rooms, hallway and stairs.

+ -1 moreFrom the estimate to the finish everything went great. Had received a few other estimates but Kohls was able to give me a great price and come up with a economic solution as to how to deal with a baby grand piano that could not be moved. Made some repairs to the floor that look perfect.
Description of Work: Sanded and finished living room, dining room, hallway, 11 steps and two landings. Also made repairs.
