Description of Work: They checked for minor gas leaks in the basement. Changed some old obsolete gas valves and removed some old gas piping. The job went well. They are quick and efficient and very professional.

Description of Work: Rebuilt two commode tanks. The work was fine, it took about 2hrs. The commodes tanks were leaking badly, had to shut water off but the 1st available appointment was 1 week. That was inconvenient. I used Knechtel at least twice before this and when I made this appointment explained I wished to discuss other plumbing concerns and possible remedies. The repairman didn't seem aware of this request so only the repair was done.

Description of Work: My water heater broke on a weekend & I decided to wait until Monday to have it replaced. I got 3 estimates ranging from $650 to $850. Down came first thing Monday morning, worked efficiently and neatly, and even did a toilet repair extra during the same visit.

Description of Work: Knechtel plumbing came to remove base board radiator heat in our basement, as well as some other minor plumbing repairs. He was very thorough. We were very pleased with his work. And he came in under his original estimate.

Description of Work: Knechtel Plumber replaced the sump pump in the basement because it burnt out, fixed a leaking pipe under the sink of my bathroom and replaced two faucet handles because they were old. The labor and material was included in the price.

HE SENT TOILET FULL AND TUB FULL OF FILTHY WATER SURGING THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE, CONTAMINATING FLOORS, RUGS AND DAMAGING CEILING BELOW. KEITH KNECHTEL PAID FOR REPAIRS AND RUG CLEANING, BUT I HAD TO DO THE CLEANING AND DISINFECTING.
Description of Work: REMOVED TOILET TO CLEAR CLOGGED STACH WITH A ELECTRIC EEL. ALL PLUMBING IN BATHROOM WAS BACKED UP FOR ON ENTIRE WEEKEND, AS I DIDN'T KNOW THEY NO LONGER GAVE EMERGENCY SERVICE AS THEY HAD IN THE PAST. KEITH'S RESPONSE, "LET THEM CALL MR ROOTER OR SOMEBODY."
