Kleansol

I contacted Kleansol when my regular housecleaning service couldn't fit my schedule due to heavy demand because of the holidays. They sent two women to clean the house at $30 per hour per person. The women seemed somewhat overwhelmed at the scope of the project. (Other cleaning services send three people to clean.) After arriving 30 minutes late (I was texted that they were running late at an earlier appointment), I took one of them on a tour of the house and let her know what rooms to clean. I'm not sure what she expected, but once I got about halfway through the tour, she had a look of uncertainty about her. For most of the time when they were cleaning the house, they had their supplies in the hallway of the first floor. They were constantly going up and down the stairs to retrieve items and supplies. The seemed ill-prepared because they asked me for an extension cord for their vacuum. The cleaning was OK, but not great, especially when compared to other cleaning serviced I've used. I suggested they use my Dyson vacuum because I have a dog. They used their own and I vacuumed after they departed and filled the canister. I also noticed cobwebs and some areas that didn't appear to have been touched. Ordinarily I would have pointed this out to them, but it was late and I needed to leave for another event. They removed plugs from several outlets so they could use their vacuum, but never bothered to plug the other items back in when they finished. They moved area rugs and left them hung over chairs, whereas others were left upside-down. They cleaned the shower but didn't bother to wipe the chrome fixtures. I might consider them for the future for smaller jobs or request they send a third person. Now that they have seen the size of the house, they should be better prepared for future visits.
