Looking back through our records and E-mails, we found that the member contacted our company by telephone, Monday September 30th 2013, for an estimate to install an irrigation system. Our designer returned the call and after discussing the members needs, set the on site visit for Friday October 4th, 2013. During the visit we took measurements, sketched a site map, inspected where we could make the water tap, then measured the water pressure and flow. We E-mailed the finished quote on Tuesday October 8th, 2013. The member E-mailed back on Saturday October 12, 2013 to thank us for the quote and let us know he has decided to move in a different direction. I don't understand why the member's review stated there was no follow up at all after visit, gave us N/A for price and responsiveness. The quote the member received 4 days after the site visit contained a break down of parts, costs and the total price with the warranty information. I think this goes to show, members should post their reviews in a timely fashion while the facts are clear. Not waiting 6 months and relying on memory, or lack of memory, to be responsible enough to post a fair and accurate review. After all, Angie's list members are depending on members to be accurate and fair with their reviews. Members use this information to aid in their decision on which contractors to contact.
