The results were fantastic! They were expensive but the results were well worth the money spent. They use high end materials and are willing to design what you want/like. They work with Troy Granite for installation of granite kitchen countertops. The workers were very nice and the owner is hands on.

The guys that did the work were very pleasant, worked hard and did the job very quickly. They worked too quickly. We had to get them back to redo the walls, fix the gate in the fence and fix a leak in the shower. The leak took down the ceiling in the first floor bathroom so they had to replace that. So many things went bad it was unbelievable.

They did a fast and very accurate job. They even figured out a way to fix without displacing a brick walkway -- this saved us a great deal of effort later. The materials that they used were high quality and we were told that roots will not penetrate the new pipes. We did not have any more issues with leaking and flooding in the months after they completed the work.

They had a plummer, electrician, carpenters on site at all times.They emptied the kitchen in a matter or an hour. This included removing cupboards from the walls and all the appliances. They were quick, efficient and considered my opinion on changes or addition they would make. They repaired damaged area as needed.

He was originally supposed to perform a camera test on the sewer line, but due to the sharp curve in the cast-iron trap, he was unable to send his camera beyond the trap. He had originally ran into issues with getting just the snake line beyond the trap as there was a bit of obstruction there, but after working it a bit, he was able to move past the trap and obstruction and could feel the line was clear. Despite not getting the camera down hole, he still felt very confident with the line due to the way the snake was moving in the line once he cleared the obstructions.

I talked to Tom on Thursday and his crew was at my house Monday morning. His estimate was average for the work based on other estimates I received, but the work completed was more than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise and really helped move the project forward. We plan to use Kept Co for the plumbing in our next, more major bathroom project. I look forward to working with them.

We started with a visit to their showroom and an idea of what we wanted and how much we had to spend. He was very accommodating and gave us a rough estimate based on our description of our 112 year old house. He followed up with a home visit and a few things had to be reworked to stay in budget, but again left it entirely up to us. When they took the tub surround out, they found a closet built into the wall, the workmen were surprised, but found a solution and work resumed without delay. We only have one bathroom and we were able to use the commode the entire time work was done. We also have a large dog and the workers were always polite and friendly when they had to come and go, and never griped about us having to make sure the dog was secured before they could come in. There was a minor adjustment in the estimate to deal with the mystery closet, but it was very reasonable. The work was completed on schedule, all construction material was removed, they cleaned the work area every day and were a pleasure to deal with.

It was great. They did a good job. I think they were reasonably priced. It was beautiful.
