Very responsive and professional. Arrived exactly as scheduled with a trained crew and all necessary equipment. These trees were very large and very old, and required the services of a professional to remove safely. Keelen Brothers did the job quickly and safely, ground the stumps, and removed all debris. I will call them again if I need more tree service.

Joel came out personally and spent a lot of time figuring out how to take the tree down safely. His concern for my backyard and fence were foremost. He had to remove a section of my fence for a crane, but did so in a way that put the least disruptive pressure on the gate opening and he guaranteed that I would be happy with the way he returned it to its original position. He sent me photos of taking the tree down and followed up with numerous voicemails to keep me apprised of the process. He followed up with a return visit to ensure my satisfaction. He also gave me all the mulch I can use from the tree, slices of a branch to make a stepping stone memorial footpath, and gave me tips and advice on further pruning I may want to consider with other trees on my property. My neighbor recommended him and I will also. Very friendly person and committed to doing a good job. Insured.

Appointment scheduled and he didn't show up. Called again to schedule time and he arrived late. When he was there, he skirted around job requested to suggest many more additional services and a high quote on more services than requested. Decided not to move forward with them due to spotty scheduling and avoiding answers to direct questions.
