I scheduled an appointment to have Russell come to my home to provide a bid for a full deck replacement. The day of the appointment, he did not show up. I never received any additional contact from him. If this company cannot even be relied upon to show up for an initial bid, I certainly would never trust them to follow through with actually performing and completing the work.

Russ responded immediately to our request, and came to the house within a day to survey the jobs. He provided free consultation at that point, as we discussed several ideas and options, including materials, styles of deck, placement of steps, and construction scheduling. He took time to answer all of our questions, and offered to return if needed. Russ emailed us separate written estimates for both the front porch and back deck, including all costs. His bids were very reasonable, and we signed and returned the contracts. Construction began within a couple weeks, and proceeded steadily over the next 3 weeks. The two carpenters were very professional and skillful, and they worked with us to tailor the construction to our site. When we had a question about a feature of the deck, Russ returned to discuss it with us, and then helped us modify the original plans. The carpenters included the changes without any difficulties. The work was completed to our satisfaction, and all of the old materials were hauled away, leaving the site clean. The new deck and porch floor are beautiful. We are very happy with the work, and would use Rossero Contracting again.
