Description of Work: This contractor functioned as a sub on my project. His area of expertise on this particular job was roofing repair and replacement, which he accomplished quite well. I had been having leakage in my entryway and, as fate would have it, the day after he completed the job there was a major rain and hail storm. Happily, there has been no further leakage. Further, he is currently being asked to bid on another project at my home.
