Description of Work: The job was started on the date agreed upon. The workers stayed on the job (4 contiguous days)until it was finished. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very personable. We are completely satisfied with the results.

+ 0 moreHard to contact him-returned phone calls only erratically. Based on the time involved in the work the price was very high. At first didn't do the job exactly as bid but correct this error.
Description of Work: put up a retaining wall.

+ -1 moreFRANK WAS QUICK TO GET BACK TO ME AND VERY QUICK WITH THE ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY DETAILED AND INCLUDED ITEMS I DID NOT THINK OF LIKE DOOR LOCKS AND KEYING.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED FRANK TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR RAILING, POST AND DOOR REPLACEMENT. HIS ESTIMATE WAS QUITE A BIT HIGHER THAN THE OTHERS I RECEIVED. I CHECKED WITH HIM TO SEE WHY. HE WAS VERY PATIENT IN EXPLAINING. I DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL SPRING 2006 TO DO THE WORK.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK US TWO WEEKS TO GET HIM TO CONTACT US. MY HUSBAND EVEN WENT TO THE OFFICE TO CONTACT HIM. WE FINALLY AGREED ON A SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME. HE SHOWED UP 1-2 DAYS LATER AND LEFT A BUSINESS CARD ON THE DOOR. HE ONLY LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING THE MACHINE. I DID NOT WANT TO PLAY PHONE TAG WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: I CALLED TO GET WORK DONE FOR GUTTER REPAIR.
