Maria and Savier worked efficiently and professionally. Along with one of their daughters, they did some exterior house painting and a bit of staining for me. In fact, they responded to my inquiry for an estimate almost immediately and came with the paint THE NEXT DAY. They thoroughly masked off the windows and door and covered my car in the driveway. I could tell they really care about doing a good job. They are good people and I highly recommend them.

They did not listen. They were supposed to scrap pick up the chips and paint. They painted over they did not scrap and left behind chips. In addition they argued with me about there lack of quality

First, I wanted this to be an excellent review. I have a rental that needed paint and flooring. Javier and Maria showed up promptly for the bid and touted their experience in both jobs and showed me pictures of their work which looked outstanding, and crew, consisting of 6 people including a few husband and wife combos. Both seem like wonderful people and I don't dispute this even now. Their quote was actually higher than a local but better reviewed company so I asked them to match because truth is I have this thing where I hire the people, not their work quality. The other company told me they do all wall work like patching holes and making sure everything is caulked. I asked Maria if they did the same before deciding to accept their bid and they said we do everything with high standards. "Your house will be spotless when we finish." Once paint job was completed, I noticed none of the many nail holes were patched upstairs (I did the 1st floor myself thankfully) and walls were just painted quickly in most cases. I would have happily have done the whole house patching myself but they said they would so I stopped. Doing these things after just defeats the purpose. You can tell Javier does mostly good work but the crew overall is sloppy and not experienced. I will say they did come back and do some of the most egregious things we called out but there is quite a bit we were just being nice and didn't say anything about. Paint on the carpet, door knobs and electrical outlets and covers painted, not all closets and doors were painted on the inside. They fixed some things but we had to take care of a lot of these things. Right after the paint, they installed LifeProof LVP throughout the house and if I'm honest, I wish that was not the case. We typically do these projects but my wife is pregnant, we have a 1 year old, and I already spent months getting that house ready to just needing paint and floors so I decided to contract out. The paint we could get over, the floors were done very lazily and there are still areas I need to fix. The biggest things that I called out specifically early on, was the door jambs were not cut so the boards were just cut around them and caulked. It looked terrible. I've never saw this poor work before and got upset and asked that it be redone correctly or I will have to take what I owe then and subtract what it takes me to fix it. So already there was a significant amount of waste and this created even more because each plank on a door jamb had to be replaced. To their credit they paid for two more cases and fixed 80% of the issues but there are still door jambs that need cut and redone. Lastly, just a heads up, I offered to give some articles of furniture to help the people at their church. To this day they admitted to taking a mattress that was not approved by us or returned yet. Great people just not quality work.

First off let me say Javier and Maria are themselves wonderful, honest and hard working individuals. We saw firsthand the amazing job they did with painting the entire interior of our home. We were so impressed, we actually created a second project while they were still on our first project to paint our kitchen cabinets and hired them to do that as well. We look forward to the spring when we can hire them to paint the exterior of our home. We are extremely satisfied with their work and we know you will be too.

Working with Maria and Javier Was a wonderful experience. Luckily for me, they had a cancellation and were able to jump right into job of painting exterior of my home. They managed to do the job within in the allotted time and add on a ceiling fix and paint along with a garage floor painting at the same time. We were really pleased with the results. Their crew were all very sweet and respectful. The property was left in good condition once they have finished the job. We have just had a very extensive escaping project finished prior to painting and Maria and Javier were very respectful to protect the property. The final result is really great and I’m very happy and absolutely would hire them again.

We had a similar experience to another reviewer, we paid JC solutions to complete work on our home that was never completed. We drew a up a contract, they sent us a proposal, and then they claimed to have have completed the work while we were out of town so we paid them within one hour of them claiming to have completed the work. Come to find out they lied to us and did not complete the work they said they completed. Now they refuse to complete the work. Additionally, they overcharged us for the work they did complete. Unfortunately this group was dishonest and essentially scammed us out of our money. I would not recommend you hire them.

Overall painting of house was good but, had to hire people to clean up the hardwood floor, outlet, light switches, door trim, ceiling lights, etc. They didn't finish painting the kitchen cabinets and doors. They also didn't finish painting several exterior doors. They broke a tile on the kitchen wall and just painted over it without fixing it first. I had asked them if they had carpenters working for them. She texted me "Yes". So, I hired them to install new windows and an exterior door. HORRIBLE JOB! The one set of windows were installed inside the exterior wall. They removed too much of the exterior siding. They said they were going to buy more of the exterior siding to fill in. The siding is asphalt siding that hasn't been made in 30 years! Informed them that I have to hire someone else to remove the windows and door so they can be installed correctly. Now, she is texting me that I owe them $700 for the removal of the original windows and door! And she is telling me that she has a video of the demolition to prove it! Even though I have to pay someone else to remove them and the windows might be destroyed so I will probably have to buy another set of windows!! They left all of the debris from the job site and basically trashed the place outside my home! I would never hire them again!
