Juran was one of the most professional service people I have ever had to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We've used Dave Juran to maintain our furnace since we moved to Pittsburgh in 2002. He was referred to us by our neighbor who had used him to put in a new furnace for their house. They could not have been happier. I have no doubt we will use him when the time comes to replace our furnace. He is honest, reasonable, clean, responsible and fair in his pricing and just an all around great guy.

Dave Juran does excellent work. He's very professional in everything he does. We have been a customer of Juran Heating and A/C since approximately 1983. This is the 2nd time he's replaced our furnace and A/C. The first time was at a home that we eventually sold in 1992 and the second time was in 2009 at our current residence. We still continue to use him today to perform regular service calls. I can't speak enough about how much we trust him personally and the work that he has done for us over the years and the present. On both occasions of replacing the furnaces and A/C units at both houses, he did all the work when we were not even at home. We trust him that much. He leaves your home cleaner than when he arrived. You can't even tell he was there. My entire family is a customer of his. And they are all pleased as well with the service that he provides. I can honestly say that Dave Juran will not have you spend money unnecessarily. And you can count on him for emergency service calls as well. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Juran Heating and A/C.

Was referred to Juran, Inc. by a friend at work when I was unable to reach the serviceman our family has used for years. My call was returned promptly and a service appointment was scheduled for the same day. Dave was very professional, thorough, and offered useful tips for maintenance of our heating/cooling systems. I was very pleased with the service provided and will call him again for annual service on our furnace.

Dave is the hands down the best contractor I have ever had work for me. I own an 80 year old house, which came with a 1960's era furnace. With Dave's help, I was able to get an extra five years out of the life of that furnace after I bought the house. During those years he was called to my house twice. Each time, he was there on the same day I called, including an emergency call late in the afternoon of a Superbowl Sunday. No extra charge for that call.....! On the first call, he diagnosed and repaired a thermostat coupling problem. Two years later, a similar problem and a similar call to Dave brought him running. Again, same day, no problem. The bad news was that he could fix the problem temporarily, but the long term answer was a new furnace. He told me to start saving money for that purchase. Late that next summer, I called him, and he replaced the entire furnace. The installation was completed in a single day, and the basement was left spotless. He didn't even complain about the narrow door openings or stairs, which usually have the washer and dryer delivery guys in fits. I've had no problems with the new furnace. Dave is a one of a kind contractor who takes great pride in his work and treats his customers very well. I would not only use him again, I recommend him to EVERYONE who asks.

Dave Juran had nursed this aging heating system for about 10 years for us. He was always punctual and very reasonable. When the time came to replace the system there was no question in our minds whether to use Dave or another contractor. Dave completed the work as promised. He did so on the timetable he predicted. The estimate was exact. What really sets Dave Juran apart are two things. First, he is a true professional and the ultimate gentleman. Dave readily explains any aspect of the work anyone might ask about. Secondly, the work is excellent. Dave put several enhancements on the system. For example, there are now shutoff valves to enable quick and easy service/repair in the future. In addition, Dave installs a receptacle right at the boiler for future convenience. All work and parts are highest quality. There have been no problems at all with this installation.

Juran Heating came out when promised. They laid down a sheet on the carpet so that their shoes would not make the carpet dirty. They cleaned up all of their tools and dirt from the furnace.
