Description of Work: I purchased a special deal for $59 for them to clean and tune up my heater. That was a great deal for the price and Eric did a great job, explaining things as he worked on the heater. He also replaced the accordion-style filter, though I was a little bit surprised at the $65 charge to do so. However, it doesn't take anything away from my satisfaction with their work.

Description of Work: HE REPLACED A BELT WHICH TOOK HIM AN EXTRA MINUTE. HE SAID HE REDUCED THE CHARGE FROM A POSSIBLE $150 TO $90. BUT I THOUGHT THAT WAS STILL TOO MUCH CONSIDERING HOW EASILY IT WAS TO REPLACE. OTHER THAN THAT HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND JEFF HIGHLY.
