Description of Work: I contracted for, and recieved, a furnace clean and check. The provider was very professional and courteous. I was surprised and disappointed that he lacked the current standard of "camera scoping" for the heat exchangers to determine cracks. I subsequently had my furnace ducts cleaned and the technician told me my furnace blower motor needed cleaning. I suspect that that my service was not comprehensive enough.

Description of Work: I had an AC tune-up from this company that was run on Angie's list as a special. The 2 young gentleman arrived promptly, phoned as requested 30 minutes prior to arrival and were dressed professionally in uniform. They both introduced themselves to me and proceeded to tell me what they would be doing as part of the inspection. One of the gentleman showed me how to change the AC filter, pointed out a couple of problems he noted with the duct work and gave me an estimate on having it fixed. Overall great experience. I would call them back if I ever needed anything.

Description of Work: They came in on time, very respectful, and courteous. Asked me if I had any concerns or questions. They seem to be receptive in my queries and concern. They inspected and cleaned my furnace unit and spent about 25-30 minutes total. They vacuumed the inside of my furnace system and did visual checks, including checking for possible monoxide leaks in the duct work (saw they had some sort of device that they ran through part of my ductwork). It was overall a pleasant experience and worth the discounted $55 clean and inspect furnace promotional price. I don't think it would have been worth over $100 (their regular price) though, but it was definitely a good one for $55. I'd probably hire them again since my experience so far has been satisfactory.

He performed the purchased service and found a few issues that needed attention. He charged me an extra $30.00 to hook up a humidifier and correct a wiring problem. I was very satisfied.
