Description of Work: I purchased two Summertime A/C tune-up and inspection fall. The Rapid Contact DID NOT HAPPEN. They should have contacted me on or before July 29th. Angie's list Big Deal emailed me on Tuesday, July, 30th asking if I had been contacted. I replied NO. I called the help desk on August 1st. They offered to reach out to JRB. I also called JRB and left a message. I have not been contacted by phone or email by JRB. I request a full refund.

Well enough; job is done.
Description of Work: My furnace wasn't on a fused circuit; there was a power surge, and the electronics went. JRB fixed the electronics, added a fuse on the furnace, and removed the knob-and-tube wiring between the furnace and house's fuse box, replacing it with modern wiring.

Description of Work: JRB came an hour earlier than origanilly planned after phoning first. They cleaned the furnace very well, even running their sweeper underneath it. It's 29 years old and has never been cleaned underneath. Hate to think what all they cleaned from under there. They were very professional so I asked if they could replace my thermostat that's hard to read. The digital one they put on works wonderful it's supposed to save me 30% of my heating and light bills - I'm sure hoping that happens. I do know that the old one used to click on every 5 minutes, the new one runs an hour or more before clicking on again. We really love it because we can't even hear it click on it's so quiet but we really feel the heat coming out. They said my furnace was working beautifully for its age, whenever I have to replace it I'll be phoning JRB Heating and cooling to replace it, they were so professional.
