Description of Work: They were very nice people, responsive, on time, etc. The problem was that their analysis of the problem was off base the first two times they tried fixing the furnace. So, after presumably fixing the problem, the furnace still didn't come on when the temperature dipped below the specified level. |Admittedly it may have a tricky problem, but it meant they had to come back twice, charging each time for the "new" service.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $29.00 for an end of season heating tune-up. They looked at the system to make sure it was running well as I was told by another provider that the system was dirty.

Description of Work: Friendly and on time. The Angie's list special provided an end of year service inspection at a good cost. Checked my furnace and was honest about it running well but given its age we should probably prepare for it to need work or replaced. Didnt try to sell anything.

Description of Work: Very nice and professional. Overall not a bad experience, but he was only at my house for 25 minutes. He said everything was fine and working great, so I am hopeful that is why he was in and put in that short of time.

Description of Work: Checked out the air conditioning system. Two men arrived on schedule, made several measurements and tests, indoors and out, and gave the system a clean bill of health. It took perhaps 20 minutes.

Description of Work: This was a furnace and thermostat check-up. The technician was prompt, courteous, instructed me on best use of humidifier and washed & reinstalled the permanent filters in the furnace. He alerted me to the noise to listen for which would indicate that a bearing in the furnace motor was wearing out. He checked that I had a carbon monoxide monitor and checked a couple registers to make sure there was no presence of CO detected. He was quick but thorough and I would not hesitate to call this company for a repair or replacement.
