Description of Work: My furnace was cleaned & tuned up. All went well. I had the same company last year & they did a good job so I set up another appt. with them. He called to say he'd be a little late & was here 30-40 min. We were satisfied & will probable call them next year.

Description of Work: JRB Heating came in and inspected our heating unit to get it ready for the winter. They changed filters and performed routine maintenance and advised us of a part that was wearing out, which we will need to replace in the next few years. He didn't try to get us to replace this part right now, but explained it would need to be replaced eventually and gave us a price estimate. All the work was done professionally and in good time. I will hire JRB again to inspect my AC unit in the spring, and probably again next fall to inspect the heating unit. I highly recommend them.

However I was never contacted as I was told I would be and no appointment was ever set. Description of Work: Cleaned furnace. They had a very busy day. They called and asked if they could come another day. I told them that i had to take a half day off work to meet them for my appointment. They still made it to my place that day. Made me very happy. Sorry i could not help them out.
