Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" for an A/C tune up for $55. From the time I purchased to deal to them actually coming out was over a month. They had to reschedule my first appointment, and then were outside of the four hour window the day they actually came. The technician was in my house for less than 20 minutes. For the $55 value, it was fine. But if I had paid the full price, I would have been very disappointed. The office scheduler was nice and apologetic for the delays.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 big deals from this company because I did not know which I would need to use. JRB Heating & Cooling LLC said there was no need to use this second deal for $55 Tune UP, that I could just use the Diagonostic deal. My AC ended up needing refrigerant, which did not last. So now I need to purchase a new air conditioner. The owner of the company personally came out to service my ac. He was very professional and assisted me with my immediate needs. However my ac only lasted for a day. He was not pushy or trying to sell me on anything.

Description of Work: the deal says, AC tune-up; when the service provider arrived, he said it was an 'inspection' to make sure everything was working, and not a cleaning. So within 15 minutes he said everything was fine and 'good-bye'. Duh?! Do you think it was worth $50 for that? I could have determined that myself. My AC was working just fine.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for an AC Tune-up. I live just a few miles north of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County. Their description says they service Allegheny County and the map shows that my township is completely covered. Also, I ordered through an Angie's List representative who said my area was covered (since that was clearly implied from the information Angie's List had). However, when I called the company they said they don't service my area. I argued saying my township is clearly covered in the service map on Angie's List, however, they said it was not covered because it was too far out of Pittsburgh (McKnight Rd. area approx. 8 miles from downtown). I have no idea about their responsiveness or professionalism, but I am annoyed that they have their coverage information listed incorrectly, and I have to waste my time to call and get the deal refunded. They should have honored it .
