This was the first move out of 7 that I was calm and not stressed. Deontae and Cecil were amazing! They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. There were zero damages to my walls or furniture. They worked efficiently and had a positive attitude. I have never been able to say this about movers from the past!! Hands down recommend to anyone looking for a stress free move with people you can trust! Thank you!!

Moved from Pittsburgh to Philly and was extremely stressed about finding a moving company that would be affordable & trustworthy. I'm incredibly happy I found this company to utilize for my move. The woman who I spoke with over the phone about pricing, logistics, and packaging was professional and extremely prompt to respond when I had a question. Not only that, but the two movers that helped me with this across-state move were good guys, easy to work with and got the job done perfectly. Use this company, it's worth it 100%

Everyone in the process was very helpful, communicative, and patient all throughout. The entire move went incredibly smoothly, and even though my move went slightly overtime, the rates were perfectly reasonable.

Joyful Logistics is SO good at what they do, I recommend them wholeheartedly! I’m a wedding planner and had a client who needed a truck full of wedding decor/gifts/miscellaneous items moved from the venue to their home at the end of the night. My entire experience with them (from my conversations with Sheree to the items being safely delivered) was a positive experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind, responsive, and excellent at their job. They will be #1 on my list both for my future clients and personally.

We did not end up using Joyful Logisitcs, but all of our interactions were pleasant, professional and complete. They visited our location to do a thorough inspection and were gracious throughout. Hope to use them someday!

The movers were professional and efficient. Bubble wrap and packing tape we’re brought. I wish I’d known that it was limited, as I was charged for an extra roll of bubble wrap.

I got in contact with multiple agencies to assist in a local move. I needed help moving the larger pieces of furniture to a new residence. There were 14 pieces of furniture and 2 appliances. I was advised the work including travel to the new house would take around 4 hours with 2 movers. Joyful logistics was one of the first to provide me with an estimate and seemed on top of things so I thought I’d give them a try. The guys came at 1:05pm in a Uhaul truck. I showed them what we were moving and they started right away. They seemed to be moving decently at first and even commented how easy it was because I had taken the furniture apart and tried to make it as accessible and easy on them as possible. As time went on however they were taking longer and longer to load the pieces. It would be between 10-20 minutes between each item they would take out to come back and grab the next thing. They said they were moving stuff around in the truck and securing things although anytime I went out to check they appeared to be taking a break. I have no problem with them taking breaks but this was excessive. They also had complications moving the appliances because they said the rented dolly they were using didn’t have good straps on it. It took them over an hour get get both the washer and dryer moved and in the process dropped the washer down the stairs and broke the feet off the dryer. I spoke with a representative the next day after receiving the invoice and she said she would turn it into their insurance and get back to me so I foolishly paid the invoice. Now I haven’t been able to get ahold of them since.

Move was EXCELLENT! Two gentlemen were careful and considerate of our belongings. Very friendly and helpful. Felt at ease with our belongings in their hands. Communication was excellent. Kept us informed of each task. Highly recommended

Sheree was amazing to work with … very prompt response to initial moving request. Answered all of our questions and even followed up after the move. Movers Deontae and Montaye were pleasant and respectful. Would definitely use them again

From start to finish I was completely satisfied. Excellent communication, polite wonderful drivers who went above and beyond for our move. Would highly recommend and I would definitely use them again.

They have no equipment and claiming they are professional. They drop my refrigarator in my driveway garage. They show up only an u-haul and put it in my garage. I don't know if my refrigarator will work. It has vent and scratches. They even ask me to make a down payment of 10% of 330$ that I should not do. But they don't have any documentation that is provided to me. Two guys we're actually nice but they said they didn't move appliance before. Sherry Davis is the owner and there is nothing joyful with Joyful Logistics.
