The guys were great but they are very expensive

Very professional, consultative selling technique. The other company who came by to quote just talked at us and wouldn't listen to what we wanted. Joyce was the opposite. We love everything about our sunroom!

From the â no pressureâ salesman to Matt the installer everyone was respectful and nice to have in our home. The work area was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. Best of all the walk in shower is beautiful. We are very pleased.

Zac and Dan were great. Did a wonderful job. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Will keep them in mind if other remodeling jobs in the future

Did not go as planned but in the end we are very happy with the sun room.

Transition from tub to shower installed. Process did not take long and was easy. The completed work is great and we love the shower. It is so much better than what we had and they had the design I was looking for in stock. Well worth the cost and not expensive.

Médiocre all around

We received the wrong shower door on the first visit. On the second visit the door was installed but the finish still did not match the faucets but we decided to let it go. The quality, installation and customer service were good, but the ordering process missed the mark. So, we compromised on what we wanted.

Windows look good. The workmanship was good. Could have been just a little neater on outside trim but it looks good. Neighbors all sent messages about how nice new windows look. Best price I was able to find and I searched a lot of companies. Installed two windows in a few hours. Great job.

I contracted the work and paid 20% of the price, then after 2 months they contacted me and asked for $10K more, motivated by their inability to find concrete contractors, and the slope to my house being too steep;. Upon not agreeing with the new conditions, the representative told me that they will refund the deposit at some undisclosed time in the future. They have shoddy business practices, asking for 10% money down when the contract is signed, and then sending you a letter asking for more money before they touch anything (60% in the last letter), and in the end they jack up the price significantly. .In short, you should not trust these people.

Very professional. Work was done quick and done right. It is beautiful.

After tearing out the tub I was told that unless I provided a credit card that they could charge $1,000 to, the job could not continue. It felt a lot like extortion. The installers worked past 9:00 most nights and past 10:00 one night.

Joyce Factory direct associates are pleasant and focus on getting the job done. Communication and professionalism was excellent! I would strongly recommend them to others.
