We were extremely happy with our walk in shower! The installer was very professional, and the workmanship was great. We would recommend this company.

The install took a little longer than expected, but when it was done we were very happy with the results.

They did a great job. The only issue was that they had to delay the start day and begin the following day because they weren't finished at their previous job . I guess I had to wait like the person after me probably,but it was worth it. The shower and doors look amazing.

Installation was a nightmare. Was supposed to take 1-1/2 to 2 days, took five days. Contractor told me this was their common practice to promise two day installation when they know it cannot be done.

Dan and Jason did very good work. Cleaned up well. Little inconvenience. Sales person, Elijah was very thorough. Also had to wait around 10 weeks for install.

I would have given them 5 stars but I signed the contract February and they couldnâ  t get the materials for the work until May. I was quoted 12 weeks which would have been April. The work was completed quickly 2 days to install walk in shower with glass doors. The work is beautiful. They were very clean while working in my home also.

Expensive but it was hassle-free. They finished the shower/tub replacement in 2 days, and the installers were great.

Hiring this company was the biggest mistake I could have made. The sales rep sold us one feature of the shower, then they tried to install another and blame me for the mistake when clearly my invoice showed they were incorrect. The job took way longer than promised, they did not send all the parts and tried to say we had it here when they never sent it. Their customer service is horrible and they threaten and argued with me when I called them. Never hire them if you are smart. The product they sell seems to be good quality, but the rest of the crap you have to deal with is not worth it. Buyer beware.

The installers ( Paul ) was very good, everything else was terrible. We were told it would be done in about 6 weeks by the salesman, then we were told 8 weeks. We made several calls and were not treated well at all! We finally got it about 11 weeks later after many phone calls and we were told they would help with the very high cost but we were not. We were overcharged and if it were not for the installers they would have received a 1 star!

how can you give rating no body shows up don't answer your phone calls and the women yelled at me told me 4 weeks that august the 5th 2020 nothing yet take the money and run no refund they say call them and they will send sales associate the same day you sign the contract good luck going to the better business bureau and more september 30th 2020.

Very friendly and efficient. Financing options were great. Easy to communicate with and get answers to all questions. Loved dealing with them!

Terrible communication and I cant get them to come back to start the job

They wanted $11,000.00 to put in an acrylic tub and he talked bad about a famous home appliance store and 1 other place if the man did not leave on his own my brother was going to grab him and throw out the man was ridiculous, then he started with we do not do this and we do not do that alot, he must not know how to do a real bathroom remodel, this company is no good, scammers, nobody hires this company you will get robbed.

Great experience from start to finish. John, our sales gentleman, was knowledgeable about their products. He was professional and really listened to what we were looking for. John, the Installation Manager, measured for the outside materials, was punctual, professional and completed his measurements quickly. Mike, the head installer, and his crew were incredible. They were professional, clean, experienced and accurate. They explained everything and answered our questions. Definitely recommending to our family and friends.

I am very pleased with the windows. The installer was excellent. The windows are great quality.

The people were very professional and polite. The workman ship on the windows was excellent. I get compliments on the bow window all the time. I have given your name to several people.

Job was done clean, fast and efficient. I have the impression that there is no communication between the different department. You explain the same thing couple of times with every call. Other than that, once the job is initiated it goes smooth.

After checking with several companies for a remodel for our bathroom, we chose Joyce Factory/Bath Planet to do the job. We are very pleased with the job. Professionally handled from the salesman coming to our home for an estimate to the installation. We had a new acrylic shower surround and tub installed which we bought from Joyce. They also did an incredible job with the installation of new flooring, new toilet, new vanity and medicine cabinet. I would highly recommend them for your bath remodel. In addition, we had them install a replacement window in the front of our house several years ago. The installation went smoothly, very professional job. Would highly recommend for windows too!
