The Salesman was thorough, and said that our windows would be ready between Aug. 10 to Sept. 10, they finally were ready Oct. 10th. The installers did a Rush job, and didn't seem to take very much Pride in their Work. 2 of the Windows delivered were the wrong size. We have been fighting with them to get the project finished, but we are being Ghosted...Or Sales person won't return Phone Calls or Emails. the Factory will only tell us the the widows will be made towards the end of November... This is not how Customers should be treated...especially when you by 14 new Windows... Disappointed...

We were told the windows would take 8-10 weeks. It's already been 10 weeks and we don't have them yet. Were told today that they won't be installed until November. They also told us they install their windows. Found out today they use a subcontractor. NOT WHAT I WANTED! I called the main office to find out what's going on and was told to call my salesperson. When I call him he says someone will call me back and they never do! Very unhappy.

Joyce FD installed a bath tub and acrylic, antimicrobial shower walls in my condo. The sales rep was knowledgeable, and had an eye for color coordination. The installer was a true warrior, and completed the job in one 13-hour day. The company has a relationship with Dollar Bank, which offered 12 months interest free on my balance. I selected the clear sliding doors with the curve, and the outcome is stunning! Customer service is exceptional, and I'm now a member of the Joyce Family of happy customers. Home improvements done well are a great investment in one's property.

I was having a handicapped shower removed from home I just purchased and wanted a tub and shower installed. I called Joyce Factory Direct to have this completed. They came and gave an estimate on 12-18-17, I then booked with the salesmen that same day. My bathroom tub and shower was not installed until 2-13-18. That was after several messages left with no return calls from them to me. Finally when I did get a hold of someone they had no reason why no one had been out to measure yet, it was like this was normal. The sales rep told me within 2 weeks I would hear from them to set up the initial measure appt and after that they would begin to build my shower. They had no problem cashing my down payment check within 3 days of me giving to the salesmen. Finally they called and said my shower was done and ready to be installed 2 months after my original appt date. The tech drove all the way in from Ohio to do the install. When he was installing the shower he proceeded to inform me that there was no shower head with all of my stuff, so they gave me a $50 credit and said for me to go buy my own shower head. Then the trim for the surround was incorrect and is still currently incorrect the tech doing the install in Feb called his supervisor while I was standing right there and told him of both issues (that is how I got the $50 credit to buy my own shower head) and that they would make me the correct piece or trim and get it installed for me ASAP. They called at the end of March to say they had a tech in the area and he would stop by to correct the trim issue and had my new piece of trim on his truck so my husband took the day off of work and sat around the house all day waiting for the tech to show up. Finally at about 6 pm someone from there called and said.....oops the tech forgot to stop and is on his way back to Ohio and its to late for him to turn around and come back to your house, we will send someone else another day. Well today is April 24th and I still have the incorrect trim hanging on my shower surround and between my husband and myself I'm not sure how many phone calls we have made, leaving voice mails cause NO one in that company ever answers their phone and NO one ever returns your calls. The shower head that I had to go and purchase on my own was more than $50 and the color doesn't match the rest of the shower. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and wil never use them again. I wanted to give them a zero rating but the system made me put in something. Very disappointed, unhappy and unsatisfied!!!

They installed 12 windows in one day and did a great job. Took a long time from initial meeting and estimate to get to the work.

Joshua is the contractor they sent here. He is very well informed and courteous ! As of yesterday Joyc Factory is taking care of my window replacement project !!! Thanks !!!

Their idea of "gutter guards" consisted of wire mesh coverings, they were installed after they initially "lost the contract". A sub contractor installed the gutters and guards, it took them about 3 and a half months. Pick someone else.

Windows are excellent quality. Price was great. Installers were respectful, personable and detail oriented. Very happy I chose this company. Will use them for all remaining work needed.

We had a four seasons room added in 2005 and we are still very pleased with he work, it was constructed with high quality craftsmanship. We have also had them back to do some window work for a bay window a couple years ago and were still pleased with the work. They are have great value for projects large and small.
