Our existing concrete patio was crumbling, and rain water would drip into our basement.  They came out and busted up the old patio.  They took the precaution to protect our boiler which is located in one of the basement rooms under the patio.  They replaced the top row of cement block in the wall that supports the patio because the old block was crumbling.  They replaced the portion of a downspout that ran through the patio, and ran a PVC pipe out the front wall and into a trench to the side of our house.  They were willing to dye the concrete so that it would match our dark red/brown brick house (rather than leaving the concrete that bright gray color). The finished patio looks good.  They were very responsive and professional, and called me whenever there was a question or an update on the work.

It was great. It was fine. It looks nice. They were nice, polite and cleaned up their mess.

He was back Wednesday while I was at work and torn out the old concrete steps. Thursday morning, he was there before I left for work to start work on the new ones. He did a wonderful job and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I need more concrete work. His price was fair and in line with all estimates I got prior.

Jo and Peter were wonderful! I had a very hard time getting a quote for my sidewalk (called 5 companies), and when I got a quote, it was outrageous. I called Jo, he came out gave me a quote, it was very fair. They showed up early every morning and got the job done in a timely fashion. They were tidy and took great care in their work. They even dug up some flowers that were in the way and set them aside for me to transplant!! The whole job went smoothly, and they were a pleasure to work with! My sidewalk looks wonderful!
