+ 0 moreI was in a jam over a weekend. The electric didn’t work and an elderly relative that lived with us was coming home on Monday. Joe and his crew worked all Sunday and finished the job. They even fixed the tangled mess that was there before. The price was much less than expected. I hired them to do two roof jobs later. We had a bad leak by the dormer. They crawled up there, took pictures of the problem and explained how they were going to fix it. They fixed as soon as materials came and it’s dry as a bone. This company is on my speed dial.
Description of Work: full main electrical service upgrade from 100amp to 200 amp complete 1day disconnect/reconnect main power , also front porch metal roof needed scraped to remove existing weathered paint kayers and repainted to full restoration

+ 0 moreIf you want a job done correctly, and reasonable cost, this is 100% the man you want to call! Honestly, I would never consider another handyman other than Joe. He truly went above and beyond what I asked them to do. The work that was completed, was absolutely excellent! The work was done right and it’ll definitely last for a very long time. If I could give Joe more than five stars, I definitely would. He will do the job the right way and like I said, at a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: removed side porch and rebuilt , some drop ceiling tile replacement, minor electrical work repairs

We were extremely satisfied with the aesthetic contributions that he made for the double deck area in both contrast and style. Thanks to him we have a beautiful backyard. .The end product speaks for itself. We were extremely satisfied with his work, and would not hesitate to use him again, or recommend him.
Description of Work: service call for their outdoor backyard design including a sunk in jacuzzi. jacuzzi as well vinyl fencing was designed to accommodate their backyard elegant decking and electrical lighting design

Description of Work: 1.service calls on plumbing /electrical. multiple occasions. 2. gutted as well restored second floor main bathroom installing approx 900+ subway tile on walls , mosaiac flooring , all new electrical lighting design as well directly back to main panel dedicated circuitry’s. 2. excavations in a trench style approach and replaced all main sewer drains by removing completely all old cast iron and replacing over 100’ feet of plumbing drains and water lines. this project was done in this address being a historical MANSION IN INGRAM PA . 3. worked on multiple properties pertaining to electrical and plumbing emergencies as well anytime rich soracco needed his own or his tenants emergency situations i’m confident he called immediately upon me .
