Joe George Window Cleaning Service

I have signed up for the twice a year automatic gutter cleaning service. I receive a phone call every spring and fall letting me know that the gutters will be cleaned in the coming week. I have used this gutter cleaning service for several years and have been extremely happy. They are affordable, quick, and considerate. I highly recommend them.

Very thorough; honest; prompt; polite

I called on 5/29/2009 and left a message. Mrs. George returned my call at 3:15 the same day. She said Mr. George would look at my home and she would call back with an estimate. Mrs. George called with the estimate on 6/8/2009 and I arranged for the service. Mr. George came the next day and cleaned the gutters. It was not necessary for me to be home at the time. This was very convenient since I often must leave my home several times a day. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Once again the gentleman did an outstanding job an also pointed out a problem with the angle of my gutters that I am in the process of trying to get rectofied. The company is very professional and as a matter of fact am going to have them clean my outside windows and add me as a yearly client!!

Very happy with my experience with them. I submitted a request for an estimate via email and heard back from them the next day. They told me someone would come by the house to evaluate the job and they'd get back to me with an estimate. I heard from them three days later and we made an appointment for the following Saturday afternoon and they arrived when expected. They were professional and courteous and to the best of my knowledge they did a good a job.

I called requesting an estimate and got one the following day by phone. Two men showed up, on time, on the appointed day and spent 4 hours cleaning gutters and washing windows. The basement is at ground level at the back of the house, so window washing and gutter cleaning is particularly challenging there.

I got Joe's name from Angie's List. Called the business. He gave me an estimate. I called with the go-ahead. He would be there last week or this week. I called yesterday, to see when they would do the work. Joe and his helper were here first thing this morning. My windows are now very clean.

They couldn't get back to me for about a month. The reason they could not come out on time was because they had a family emergency. They called to apologize more than once. When they got here they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did very good high quality work.

In June of this year, we decided we needed to have our gutters cleaned and checked due to heavy rains that constantly seemed to overflow. Upon referring to Angie's list and going over various gutter cleaning options, we decided to contact Joe George Window Cleaning. E-Mail communications were initiated with the company and were assured that they would take care of the problem. Because of the long time between their response, I began to worry and then received both phone and e-Mail assurance that the problems would be taken care of and sure enough today July 11, a member of the company showed up and took care of the problem and as I said assured us the gutters were in good shape other than the debris which he removed. We will make arrangements to have Joe George take care of our gutters every year.

They were professional and decent guys. They schedule you for an estimate, but they got the estimate and the job done quickly. They are very responsive. The gutters are clean.

Called to get estimate. Did not get estimate. I called back several days later to find out why not and was put on answering machine. Never got a return call.

They showed up and cleaned the gutters.

Our real estate agent recommended George and he gave us a fair price and got it done in a quick time frame.

The company came out and did the work without us even knowing. I was barely able to even tell that anyone was there. The gutters were cleaned and the offending leaves and sticks were bagged and gone. I then received an invoice in the mail a few days later. All-in-all a very easy transaction and well done.

Excellent service. Provided an estimate in a timely manner and then followed through when I gave the go ahead to do the work.

They took over a week to get back to us with an estimate, and then it was another few days after I called to schedule that the receptionist returned my call with a date. The two men who arrived (30 minutes early) did a very good job in terms of the inside of the windows. However, I wasn't as happy with two ground floor windows in the front of the house where there were spider webs and leaf debris. They cleaned the windows well, but left the webs and debris on the widow sills, which takes away from the total look of cleanliness. I did like that they also cleaned the windows in the garage.

They were honest that they were swamped with business and said that it would take a few weeks to complete. Gave an estimate and said that they would be out to do the work. When the work was complete they mailed the bill to us. Work was done as expected and they left the area clean! We were very happy with their job!

I have used this company before with great success. However, this time the actual owner and his helper performed the job. After they left, my cleaning lady found broken wood from a window on the floor. In this room I had told him that the room had been painted, including the windows. The windows were pried open without using a razor and as a result some of the new paint popped off the windows and damage was done to the wood. I called the company to have him come back to look. He was quite upset and claimed that they did not do to the damage. When he and his partner came to look, (mainly because I withheld payment) he was belligerent and told me my windows were dry rotted. He began to argue and I just paid him so that he would leave my house. The company has always been efficient and easy to deal with in the past. Now I need to find another company. Even though the damage was small, I expected to have an amicable agreement.

Great job. Promptly provided an estimate, quickly scheduled the work, showed up on time, finished quickly, and left the property as clean as they found it.

He came as soon as he could, business was very busy. I appreciated that he told me that I needed to repair gutter and told me about my options. He was not expensive.

I use them all the time. They are excellent.

This was the first time I used Joe George. Joe and his staff are polite and easy to deal with; phone calls are returned promptly. I think he has a small business; so scheduling a gutter cleaning took a couple of weeks and a couple of calls, but I was not in a rush. They appeared to do a thorough job even with some tough spaces to get to. They left no messy wet leaves! I would definitely use him again.

During a very busy time of year, they fit me in. He came when I wasn't home and left the debris in plastic bags so I could dispose of them in the trash. Will send a bill. He even straightened the edge of a gutter that was bent. Perfect. I've scheduled the work twice a year. Good price for a 2-1/2 story house.
