I researched a lot and this company kept getting good reviews. Recommended by a friend who had used them and by people in my neighborhood. Easy, pleasant phone contact. They had to reschedule once because a worker called off, but that wasn't a problem since we did not need to be present for the service to be performed. Everything was tidy and complete when we got home.(Some gutter cleaners leave a mess. Not so with this company. All debris was neatly bagged and we used it for compost)

I had a hard time finding an affordable window cleaner until I found this company. They responded to my inquiry promptly, gave me a quick estimate and showed up when they promised to perform the service. My windows were cleaned well and I am very pleased with the service and the price. I will use this company again.

They arrived when they said, and kept communicating since they cleaned our gutters in the winter. They continually watched the weather to let us know what day would warm up enough for them to come out and clean the gutters. They were very responsive from first contact. We were not home (as agreed) when they came and did the work, and they left a bill in the door. Other than I can see into a few gutters that appeared completely cleaned out, and the bill in the door, I couldn't tell they were here.

They come every other month for the past 10 years or more. They do a very good job.

Used these folks last year and would've given them a great review for the job they did then. At the time, they came in November on a very cold day, cleaned my gutters and flushed the downspouts with a power washer. I could hear them up in the gutters and the pressurized water in the downspouts. They are non intrusive and leave the bill in the mailbox. Although really expensive for gutter cleaning, it's worth the price for the security of free flowing downspouts. That's why I hired them again. This year, I was in my bedroom folding and putting clothes away. The dog started barking. My daughter saw two guys outside and asked if she could help them. She came upstairs and asked if I hired someone. I said yes, I continued putting things away but thought it strange I didn't hear anything. Not ladder clanging, not someone walking around on roof, no water flushing. Literally, about 15 minutes later, I went downstairs to see what was going on and they were gone. Well, I knew they neither flushed the gutters or the downspouts because my bedroom window is right beside a downspout AND a gutter. So I'm thinking maybe they were just here to do the estimate for the window cleaning I asked for (which by the way is very reasonable). or maybe they'd come back and flush the downspouts when they came to do the windows. Last year, they bagged the debris and left it with my garbage but there was nothing there. Ok. Maybe the leaves had blown off the house coz it had been quite windy. Rosalie called the next day to give me the quote on the windows and was extremely nice (as she always is) when I asked if they had completed the gutters and explained my confusion. She said she thought they did but will leave a note for them. She called me the next day to ask if I was going to do the windows and I told her not until I know what happened to the gutters. Joe was there so she asked me to hold on and he got on the phone. He told me they said they didn't do the downspouts because if they hear an echo in them, they are not clogged. I said then the price should be less because I didn't receive the downspout service. He said it's part of the service IF you need it. Yet they never said "and if we find your downspouts are clogged, we'll even flush them out!" nor does his website. I told him I can get my gutters cleaned for half the price, the reason I call them is for the downspouts. And he said, well that's my prerogative. He even said his guys HAD to be there for more than 15 minutes and it takes practically that long to get the ladder set up. I said but I was there! I know they weren't there long enough to do much of anything. I found him to be gruff, dismissing and not really interested that he had an unhappy customer. Will not hire them again. I think they're capable of excellent work. They were really thorough last year so should you choose to use them, just be clear about the service they will be performing and try to be there when they come if 'his guys' are doing the work. I ended up sending him $100 for the gutter cleaning. He is sending me nasty notes on his billings. Why should I pay him the same amount this year as I did last year when I did not receive the same service? It's the principle of the thing.

Great. Set it and forget it. You get on their schedule, they show up, wash the windows and in about an hour, they are done.

They are very professional. They cleaned gutters and also offered advice on quality of roof (we had just moved in).

I thought they were very professional. In all honestly, I called several gutter cleaning services. Joe George was the only one who returned my call and I'm glad they did. Rosalie kept me informed when I'd get my estimate and when I could expect the workers and she was right on the money. I would definitely use Joe George Window Cleaning again.

Steve and his helper showed up on time. My roof has several different levels, flat and pitched. When I asked Steve to use a hose to flush the gutters and downspouts after removing debris, he readily agreed. His helper and I fed the 100 foot long hose to him as he mounted the ladder and manipulated it to the various gutters and downspouts. Steve was careful to place the debris in a large bucket so that it would not wash down when he flushed them. The guy has nerves of steel, is what i thought as I watched him clamber all over the roofs. He and his helper did a thorough job quickly and efficiently. I'll make sure he returns once our trees have shed their leaves.

The cleaner was very thorough and they came within a few days of my calling even though they were already very busy. (I told them I was having visitors so they made the extra effort to come soon.) They did a great job. I wish I could use them more often--but it is not in my budget--so maybe I will shoot for twice a year...

Two men came out according to schedule and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Cleaners came on the 23 of May in the morning and did a marvelous job of cleaning the windows and gutters.. We have many trees in our area that shed those helicopter seeds and our gutter cleaner said a lot had collected in our gutter and drain spouts which he removed! Can not beat the service or the price!!!

Services were scheduled and performed within a week. Work was done efficiently. Cleaning was thorough.

I've hired Joe George to clean my gutters in the fall the last few years. Since I'm a regular customer, this year they called the day before they came out to make sure it was ok. They came the next day as promised, cleaned the gutters, and did not leave a mess.

There was a bit of phone-tag at first to get a date/time for them to come out, but when they did, they worked quickly and well, and their price was very reasonable. I'd definitely use them again.

They had cleaned my gutters a number of times in the past and had once cleaned my windows. We got new windows and most are tilt down so window cleaning is not necessary. They called about 2 weeks ago and I was unable to talk. I was told that they would be back in the area in 2 weeks. I said to CALL me then ( thinking about the gutters). I never scheduled anything. I got a phone message yesterday telling me that they were coming out to do my windows. I had NOT requested this service. They said if I did not cancel by a certain time, they would charge a cancellation fee. This is absurd. I never asked them to do anything - I never scheduled anything this year and they were just going to show up and work on my house? They can send me any type of bill they want - I will not pay it. I have no yearly contract or agreement with these people. What a bizarre way to do business.

Called to have an estimate to have gutters cleaned and was told someone would be by to do it. After serveral days, with no one coming, I called back and they sent someone 2 days later.I agreed to the work and they came to clean the gutters. They were on the roof for about 20 minutes and left (I never spoke with them). Overall, the gutters were done, maybe more expensive then it should have been considering the time it took but I am unable to get on the roof to do it my self, so it was worth the cost.

Rosalie responded to my email quickly and told me when the guys would come. Joe George's guys washed the exterior windows and cleaned the gutters well and quickly.

Excellent work. Even though I have gutter guards, leaves build up in the valleys of the roof. I arranged to be home the day of the estimate so I could get the work done the same day if I thought the price was right - it was. Mr. George did a thorough job. Rosalie is so pleasant to talk to on the phone and answered all me questions. I'm glad I called them first.

We contacted Joe George Cleaning Services to get the gutters cleaned out on a Friday. On Saturday they contacted us and said they would drive by to give us a price. On Sunday they called with a price. Then Monday they showed up when they said they were going to and did a fast and efficient job. We couldn't be happier. We will be using them twice a year from now on.

The only problem is that they gave us a very misleading quote. They ended up honoring what we thought they would do. They do excellent work.

I am so happy with their services that I have signed with them again to use them in the future. They are very down to earth. They discussed our options and exactly what they were going to do. They were honest with us and explained that we did not need to replace our gutters instead just clean them out.
