The morning of the appointment, I sent Jason a text to confirm our appointment and to let him know my husband was leaving work early to get this done. 2:00 came and went. I called his cell, and he acts like he can't hear me and hangs up. I call again 2 times, no answer. I had my husband call on his cell (alas, different number) ... he answers and can hear until he figures out it's us, then he can't hear and hangs up. A few minutes later I get a text on MY cell (still have it, so I'm quoting) ... "Sorry i am broke down in a bad service area. I hope this text gets to you. Truck overheated and waiting with police for a tow truck. Very sorry". Personally, I think they were getting a jump on the holiday weekend, using a broken down truck in a bad service area as an excuse. Did I get a follow up call later, or the next day to see if we got the text? (since he was in such a bad service area and hoped the text got to us) Of course not! Nothing. Never heard from him again. He really left us in a bind on a holiday weekend, as we had to be out of storage by a certain date or pay for a new month. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Luckily, for just a bit more, we found someone else. All Hauling Debris Removal came out and gave us a quote at 7:30 that evening, and returned the following morning to empty our unit. He was great.

Spoke to Jason on the phone regarding small debris removal. He was very professional the first time we spoke and agreed on a price and time for the removal. I was contacted the day of the job stating the truck broke down and we rescheduled for the following day. The company never showed up at the appointment time and multiple phone calls were not returned. Very unprofessional and frustrating. If you are unable to perform the job, please let the customer know.
