The work was done quickly, respectfully, and professionally.

It went very well. The original date we set turned out to be in the middle of a snow event (one of many this year) and he was extremely pleasant about changing to another day. The piano came through the move in fine condition. I would use him again

Mr. Klemm and his employee moved my belongings from a bedroom in an apartment and items in a storage unit to a new apartment. They were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. I tried calling at least 6 other companies on Angie's List for estimates and to find out what their availability for a potential move was and almost none of them got back to me at all despite 3-4 calls over as many days for each one I tried (none were ranked below an A so I don't know what the real value of these ratings are). JFK actually got back to me and provided a reasonable quote and accommodated the time frame I was looking to move in. I was very happy with this company and the people I dealt with and would definitely use them again.

I called JFK on a Sunday asking to have my piano moved as soon as possible because I was moving in a week. They were able to come that same week on Thursday. I've had my piano moved a few times, but I still never believe only 2 people can move a piano, especially when stairs are involved. The two men that came got the job done quickly and with quality care to my piano. Hopefully I don't have to move my piano again, but if I do, I will call JFK to do the job.

We purchased a piano just before Christmas and needed to find a way to move it a few miles. Our house has several stairs which I mentioned to every company when requesting a quote. Several companies used it as an opoprtunity to request an extra $100-200. JFK Piano gave the best quote by far and given all the positive feedback from Angie's list we arranged a date. They called ahead to confirm the weekend before the set date. When bringing the piano into the house they were extremely professional. They covered the carpeting in our home, took off their shoes once inside, and placed the piano where we wanted it. We were very happy with the experience.

They definitely had the most reasonable quote of all the people we spoke with partly because they are located in the same neighborhood that we were moving the piano from. It was a coincidence so they didn't have to travel very far. They were great. They were recommended to me by a pianist. We would highly recommend them. I think they are a respected company. They were really, really nice. It was fast. It was a very good experience. Their quote was pretty low in comparison to others. We will definitely use them again when we move.

Smooth as can be. Piano was removed with zero problems, carried down 20 stairs, moved to another home, and delivered without problem. Job well done.

JFK Moving was accomodating of my schedule in picking a day/time to do the work. They are good about responding to phone messages in a timely fashion when you are setting up an appointment. The crew was very professional, going above what I expected them to do (I was just looking to get it up the steps). They were extremely careful about protecting stairs and walls during the move. The work was done fast, they were in and out of my home in under a half hour.

I called Jack on Thursday to get an estimate. His was the lowest of 5 estimates and he was recommended by the piano tuner. Called Friday to schedule the move. He moved a piano I bought from Sewickley, on the 2nd floor of a house, to the east end of Pittsburgh the very next day. Took about 5-10 minutes to move into the first floor of my house. It really could not have gone any more smoothly!

Jack arrived 2 1/2 hours late. We had to call him to verify he was coming that day. Upon arrival he said he would not pack knick knacks, but on a previous phone call he said he would do that. Besides those two things, he and his helper moved all items without damage and in an efficient manner.
