I submitted a request for a job through Angi. Talked to Alex on the phone and walked through the job I needed done in my house. Alex assured me they ?do this stuff all the time.? So I scheduled time for him to come to my house for an estimate. When Alex was here, I again talked about the job and what I wanted done. He again confirmed that they will install and take the old item away and do everything I was asking for in the scope of the job. Alex even called the customer service line for the item I wanted to make sure it could be used for this project. He called letting me know we were good to go and was sending over the estimate. Day of install came and the crew informed me that they do not do this type of work and I would need to call someone else. Not only that but the supplies ordered by Alex were wrong. So now I am left with an appliance and finding another vendor on my own. This whole process took a month with several check points where I confirmed the scope of the job. Disappointing to say the least that I was lied to by one of their employees multiple times.

Relocated a condensate line to accommodate an interior renovation. Work was conducted timely and with finality. Ill work with this group again.

First and foremost, the service man came wearing a mask and kept his distance throughout. Willingly answered all of my questions. Performed all work efficiently. Charges were reasonable.

Very nice and honest! Performed some maintenance and even showed me how I can do some annual maintenance myself. Highly recommended.

Ian and his partner showed up on time and took the appropriate COVID measures. He was very professional and answered all of my questions during our annual boiler service tuneup. He also provided a recommendation on a part we may need to replace in the future. I am very happy with the service I received as a first time customer.

Jacob Heating and Cooling did a very nice job. He communicated with me. He showed up when he said he would. He completed the project in a timely fashion and charged a reasonable amount. I would use them again.

He was on time and able to handle my repair. I wasn't given a quote for the repair cost until the work was completed. I wish I had a price before the repair.

Very responsive, polite and knowledgeable. I think this is a small family business, so they are highly motivated and easier to work with than the big local operators.

The repair person was very helpful, professional and on time. You can tell he had a passion for his job . The job was done in an excellent manner.

Not easy to connect with initially, but once connected absolutely GREAT work!!!

Came out right away when furnace stopped on a Sunday. Was able to wire around defective board and got it running. Came back two days later and fixed furnace. Jacob is very knowledgeable, punctual, we had great experience with him. Plan on having him come back this Spring to check entire HVAC system
