 + -1 moreSuperb work! Julian kept us fully informed as we ran up against our deadline, and in the end beat our deadline with time to spare. The quality of the transfer work was absolutely beyond compare! Everything was returned to us in excellent order, neatly labeled. The price was WELL below the quote we got from another local service. You cannot go wrong with JR Productions, a cmpletely professional operation.
Description of Work: Transferred about 50 VHS tapes to DVD, including one in European PAL format. Some VHS cassettes needed to be replaced (tape moved to new housing) and some to be respooled.

Description of Work: They just duplicated some tapes. It's the 8-mm tapes that they put on the disc. They did 13 tapes.

Description of Work: The restoration was satisfactory. It is hard to determine if the quality issues are based on the copying process or the original movies, so I do not want to downgrade based on that criteria. There was, however, an issue with sound film being copied as silent. When this was noted, the correction was made without charge. Having additional DVD's as part of the price was a bonus and makes this provider stand out.

 + -1 moreWe had a number (7 or 8) family videos, some of which were in a small format tape that was taken in an older camcorder. We had these all converted to DVD and two copies made so that we could preserve those memories without worrying that the tapes would break when being viewed. We are very happy with the results, and it only took a couple of days to turn it around. Some of the other services that I looked into would have taken several weeks. We are very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Convert vhs tapes to dvds and make 2 copies.
