Description of Work: I moved into a new house and wanted to have the furnace maintained , so I purchased the deal through Angies List for this.Sauer contacted me within 1 day and scheduled within one week. The technician kept me updated as to his schedule and arrived withing the given time. he was curtious and cleaned up after the work was completed.The furnace needed some extra work which was completed the same day.

Last fall we quoted a job for this customer. Our original bid was higher than other contractors who had a different plan to do the job. We were asked by the contractor to rebid the job on the different specs. We dropped the ball; we didn’t rebid as requested, we didn’t get it done, no excuse. He had others do the job for him. We did not handle this customer properly. As you can see by our other reviews we don’t typically act this way, but we failed and deserve this score. We will learn from it.
