VERY PLEASED. I CALLED WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED HEATING PROBLEM (LOUD CLANGING, NO CIRCULATION OF HEAT) AND A REPAIR TECH SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY TO SERVICE THE PROBLEM. HE ACCURATELY ANALYZED THE PROBLEM AS A NON-FUNCTIONING COUPLER ON THE BOILER, AND THEN DISCOVERED RELATED PROBLEMS WITH THE BOILER PUMP AS HE WENT ALONG. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING. IN ADDITION, HE TOOK ALL THE TIME NECESSARY TO TALK TO THE HOME WARRANTY INSURANCE REP SO THAT I COULD GET MOST OF THE REPAIR COST REIMBURSED UNDER MY WARRANTY POLICY. HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE PART NECESSARY FOR THE REPAIR, AND SAUER SENT OUT A REPAIR TECH THE NEXT DAY (SATURDAY) TO FINISH THE JOB BEFORE NOON. I FOUND THE COMPANY TO BE VERY RELIABLE AND HELPFUL.
