Description of Work: Installed a Mitsubishi hyperheat split unit in enclosed sunporch. It has absolutely transformed our house by giving heat to a room that we normally had to close off starting in November and not open up again till around April. From start to finish JA Sauer was fantastic!!! We shopped around quite a bit for solutions to this heating problem and got the runaround and or a lot of BS from other providers. JA Sauer sent someone over to do measurements and discuss the issue, and we had lots of options to choose from. They were very patient while we made our decision and then set up our job very quickly. The team that came over was professional and was fast but also meticulous and thorough. There was a lot of work to be done - compressor outside, running to bring all through the room and down through our basement, actual installation of the unit, and closure of tubing. Plus clean up! In just two work days we had a totally new living space.

Description of Work: I needed my home central air unit replaced. I picked the top 3 rated companies on Angie's List & got estimates from all 3. J.A. Sauer was already the top-rated company, and their estimate was well below the other 2, so I went with them. Every one I dealt with was very professional; they did a great job on installing the new system and cleanup afterward. Very pleased with the company, and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Description of Work: THE ARS TECHNICIAN CLEANED THE FURNACE AND CHECKED ALL SYSTEMS IN THE UNIT FOR OPTIMAL WORKING CONDITIONS. SERVICE TECH WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING TO CLEAN FURNACE. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT PROPER MAINTAINANCE FOR THE UNIT.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for JA Sauer and company because our air conditioner has stopped working and the house was quickly becoming unbearable. They were very understanding and had a technician out within 48 hours of my first call. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue that same day. We also opted into the service plan so that they will come out for a tuneup this fall before the cold sets in.

Description of Work: When our furnace died on the coldest day of winter, Sauer showed up with a bunch of electric heaters, clearly explained our options, and allowed us to open a line of credit for our new furnace. Their salesperson did NOT try to upsell us, which was greatly appreciated -Â we bought the cheaper furnace and they agreed it was our best option. Service was performed promptly and professionally, and our furnace has functioned well ever since. We were thoroughly pleased with everything about the service, and will use them again.
