+ -1 moreJoe is a nice guy. He is helpful and will answer questions. I would SERIOUSLY go over any estimates given and have them detailed out specifically. I would also allow extra time and also make sure you PAY him his $150.00 estimate fee (which will be credited to your estimate if he does the work) (other companies will do it for free).
Description of Work: Re-estimate a sump pump room/other masonry work needed on a home I was looking to purchase. Original estimate was for $4500.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO STRUCTURAL REPAIRS, STONE AND BRICK WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED LENTILS IN OUR BASEMENT WINDOWS AND REPOINTED THE BRICK AROUND THE WINDOWS.
