I had a service call for a repair and later decided to get a new garage door. In both cases the response was fast and the work was of high quality. Installation Services techs were punctual and professional. I had a little problem with the door about a month after install and they were quick to come out and make things right. Highly recommended. the price was very fair.

I called in to ask for service. They had a technician out early the next morning. He didn’t have the part at the time but returned when he did. The office staff and technician were very helpful and professional. I’ll certainly be using them for all future garage door needs.

Service was hired through our home warrenty service. They were very responsive and had next day appointment. Technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. Repaired door very quickly and gave us good information and advice. Very satisfied with this experience.

My recently purchased townhouse was under a home warranty with American Home Shield when this work was performed, so I did not get to choose the provider to fix my garage door, which had stopped going up and down. The warranty company sent Installation Services Inc. and billed me a flat fee of $75.00, which was the standard fee for repairs. Chuck from Installation Services was one of the most professional and helpful service people I have worked with through American Home Shield. He repaired my garage door, explained what he was doing and did several little and quot;extras,and quot; such as giving me advice on the best type of lightbulb to use in a garage door opener and oiling what had been a very squeaky door. He even was so courteous as to ask if I was OK with him placing a sticker in the garage noting the date the service had been performed.

My husband and I bought a house on January 31st. Literally the very first time we pull up to the house as the new owners, we go to open the garage door and it goes beserk, going up and down with springs flying everywhere and eventually stops to rest half on the track, half off the track, all uneven and completely (what looked to me) ruined. In a panic (it was very cold that day and we couldnt even get the thing to close) we call our home warranty company who puts us in touch with installation services. Thank heaven they were able to come out that day (it was new years eve!) and get the thing back on track for us and workable. Apparantly, we had tried to open it when the physical lock latch had been locked shut which resulted in the mess. The nice guy who came out and fixed the door also informed us that our current door was not insulated which could result in frozen pipes in the basement. Since our home inspection had also turned up the fact that there were no automatic reverse eyes to stop the door from crushing anyone, we decided to bite the bullet and just order a new door right then and there while the technician was out to measure. The guy that came out for the new install was very nice and polite and cleaned up after himself, I actually felt bad for him because he was working by himself and our garage was so cold. But, he worked everything out great solo and even brought a little heater to help keep him warm. Now, a few weeks later we have a brand new garage door with a new automatic opener, outdoor key entry pad and automatic reverse sensors! Thanks so much installation services for saving our butt on new years eve and also for the great new garage door. Our garage/basement is so much warmer and it is such a relief to have a reverse sensor so I don't have to worry about the dog getting crushed! The only reason for 'b' punctuality was because it did take 5 weeks to get the garage door ordered and installed. They warned me that since I wanted a black door, it might take longer due to the and quot;powder coatingand quot;. But overall, worth the expense and wait! thanks!

They were sent out through my home owners insurance company. I was pleased with their service. They were punctual and arrived in the time frame they gave me. They did the job quickly and I have not had any issues with the garage door since.

It was good. I called and set up a time that worked for both of us. The installation took about 2 hours and they gave me a promo box. Everything else about the service was good as well.

I am in the apartment rental business and have used Installation Services for five other garage installations. I am always pleased with their work and their price is extremely competitive. The most recent job was to install garage doors on my personal home. They do such great work and their staff is so professional and clean that I can't imagine using another company for a garage installation. Highly recommend...

They were very good. They were prompt with their service and the mechanics seem to all know their jobs very well. I feel like they did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again in the future. The only downside that I saw on the bid was that they didn't itemize some of the things that I thought they should have. I had to ask some questions about the warranty as well. But every time I called, the manager got right back to me and any questions that I had, they answered.

Excellent. The owner is very busy and hard to get in touch with, but the support staff were excellent. The technicians were punctual and were very knowledgeable. I had a problem with the motherboard of one of the openners and the problem was fixed right away and properly. The product quality (CHI and LIftmaster) were excellent. They were able to install the product without cutting my concete that all of the other contractors insisted that I had to have done. And they had the lowest estimate!

Wonderful! The plan was for me to get: 2 bottom-of-the-line doors; 1 opener (to save money, I wasn't going to get an opener for the 2nd door). When they started the job, they found that the post between the two double doors was not load bearing. Though it required extra labor, they called and offered to knock down the post and install a double door instead. Doing this allowed me to get only one double door, still only have 1 opener though I now had electric access to the entire space, and looks nice. I agreed, and they went and picked up the double door from their warehouse, which was in stock. I actually got a step up in the quality of the garage door at no additional charge. Despite the extra work (the entire job lasted a couple of hours into the 3rd day), and the higher quality door, I was not charged a dollar more for the job. They kept me in the loop at all stages, gave me a great deal (approx $300 under another estimate), and did great quality work. The woodwork on the framing isn't fancy (but I didn't ask for fancy, I asked for economical), but it is clean and strong. The worker swept up each day, and left his belongings in a very tidy pile and out of my way. At the end of each day (I was at work), he called me to give me an update, and honestly left my garage cleaner than he found it. Best of all, the garage door looks great, works great, and is VERY quiet! I was thrilled with Installation Services, in both quality and price, and would recommend them in a second.

A representative (Gene) arrived within a few hours. He had to center the motor, readjust the runners and add a support and in general almost rebuild it. The problem was apparent that the previous installer did not know how to properly installed a garage door. I was very impressed that he even could fix it. He spent approach 1.6 hours to fix it.

I called Harry to set up an appointment for a new door and opener. He was on time and very professional. He brought samples from different manufacturers and models that would most compliment our home. He also took a picture of our home and was able to show me how the door would look. I chose the door, trim, and opener. Then we discussed the price. I was very pleased. Harry and I set up a date that was mutually agreeable and within one week. When the Installation Services technician arrived (they do not use subcontractors) he was on time, and was neatly dressed in a company uniform. He removed the old door and opener, installed the new ones within a short period of time, and cleaned up. Hauling away the old door and opener is part of the service they offer. I had a training period of how to use the new opener and covered the programming instructions. The technician then applied a schedule for yearly service and information on the new door and opener.
