Woke up to a cold house. Innovative was great. Responded and arrived quickly. Promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in no time.

Donald and his assistant Ralph are very professional and skilled. They gave us a fair price and did the emergency work quickly when the weather was on 30 degrees. They were great, not only did they do the work but Ralph was hilarious and kept us all entertained! A+, I would definitely hire them again!

Don was very knowledgeable, precise, and very professional with his work. He was concerned about how things would look and the job was completed perfectly! I asked him to take a look at my whole house air conditioner, essentially to get a quote because of its age. He was upfront, honest, and gave me options that best fit my home! When the time comes, he will be back!

I highly recommend the HVAC services Innovative provides! The Service Technicians were on time and very professional. They explained the installation process and how a two stage Furnace operates. Once the work was completed Donald loaded the old Furnace, air conditioning unit, and duct work and hauled it away. The wiring and plumbing was extremely clean. Great job!!

Excellent experience! Our air conditioning stopped working 2 days before a major heat wave. Several days of temperatures in the mid 90s! I called Don on a Saturday morning and he was there within 1 hour. He diagnosed a few things that need replaced and had it running flawlessly within 2 days! Super nice and very professional!
