small appliance repair
 + -1 moreCalled late Friday and arranged for a service call for Monday AM. Missed their call on Sunday. Called on Monday and I was told that they couldn't someone out until Wednesday. I asked why they said they could come on Monday when talked to them on Friday. She just said that they couldn't get anybody out until Wednesday. Asked my question again and she gave me the same answer. Asked a third time and got the same answer. I asked if she was going to apologize for promising for Monday and them changing to Wednesday. She finally interjected sorry into her same answer. That is not how a company that values their customers treats they customers.
