+ -1 moreWe had trouble with the wooden floors. The previous owners had waxed all the floors right before they left and they weren't supposed to do that. We tried to find out what wax she used so we could remediate it, but we never heard from her or the sellers. It’s going to be $4500 to fix this issue. She never contacted us to try to fix the problem. I never called her directly but I called my agent to try and get this resolved with her.
Description of Work: Sue was the agent for the people we purchased the house from.
